  1. Source for this information? If it's not publicly known, then how do you have the inside information?
  2. Skifreak, your information is completely inaccurate. That was a nice rant you posted, but if you want it to pass as a detailed explanation you should really check your facts first. My favorite part is that Peak owns SMI or the other way around and thus Peak is using JFBB as a marketing tool simply to sell more SMI products. Bwahahahahaha. Get real.
  3. WTF? So if i give you my name are you gonna come to the Poconos and fight me in a stone circle death match? Bwahahaha.
  4. "I tried to take it to your face." Oh ya? Well, I'll get inside your face! This made me laugh outloud. Thank you for that small joy on a rainy day.
  5. Will I have to come and pick you up if I want to meet you? You are being quite hypocritical...BDK asked you what your name was on another thread and you declined to answer. Also, if matters of this nature should be handled via PM then why aren't you doing it that way numbnuts???? Practice what you preach. In other news.....May Day should be sweet. I can't wait to see what the Big Boulder PARK masterminds have in store. Any particular features that you guys would love to see out there?
  6. Bwahahahahahaha!!!
  7. I agree with PapaSteeze on this one. I don't see any way for them to charge anything less than $75 or $80. The daily electric bill for the ski complex will be unreal. They have to charge a high rate. $20 per ticket won't even touch the operating costs.
  8. Source for this pricing structure of $15-$20 per day? And great customer service? You must already be going there to have all these details. You must not be saying anything worthy of a response if you aren't receiving one from the info email. They don't give people like me a phone number.
  9. Did you notice the price: 21 pounds for ONE HOUR of slope time. Are you going to pay 30 dollars for an hour on the snow? Feel free to send any suggestions or questions to info@jfbb.com.
  10. Sweet. BB's gonna drop a million on a permanent structure for the plaza so we can ride in the cold at May Day. Hell ya.
  11. You are an effin retard for even suggesting such a thing.
  12. I think once the planned clearing is done it will be no problem. It can be done now, but you really have to plan out your route. You can cross over easily near the top of T-bolt into the top of Dematte's. Cross right below the race shack...but watch out for rocks if the snow is thin. I've made it from the top of East across to the triple without stopping or skating. We're gonna make it easier as soon as possible.
  13. Are you still yammering on and on? We're trying to talk about the mountain in this thread.
  14. That's the major problem for all these hidden gems. We need significant snowfall to make them prime. That is a bonus of the fan guns...they get alot of drift into those off-piste areas. When these areas finally get cleared...we can put a carriage gun near there and plenty of snow will find its way into these sweet spots. If we can add a nice storm on top of that we'll be ready for some sweet huckin'!
  15. Well, actually read the post and you will get that I said the information in my posts is not top secret. Geez, you are thick-headed. I'm just a little grunt worker who enjoys asking my bosses what's going on at the mountain...sometimes I share that info here. I'm not an official spokesperson for JFBB; thus, I am under no obligation to tell you anything. Next time have your facts straight before throwing your wild accusations out there. Brad always says that this message board is lame because of people like you who just start trouble...I can't wait to show him this thread. Bwahaha...there's my entertainment for tomorrow morning.
  16. "Incognegro"? Nice one. It's always intellectually stimulating to be a biggot.
  17. I agree on the hucks. There is a nice 30 footer. That will take some work, but it's possible to get it done. I doubt that will even be considered for this year though. Oh, East gets skied out on busy days all the time. So many novice skiers and riders push all the snow straight down to the bottom.
  18. Don't know 100% for sure, but the area between Challenge and East will be cleared more. Other target areas are on the edges of T-Bolt all the way down as well as the right side of ONE park all the way down. There was mention of hitting the areas near Jane's and Easy Rider also. I don't know which spots are at the top of the list for this summer, but all those will be done eventually. Areas on East have been mentioned and talked about (those get my vote), but I doubt those will get top priority.
  19. Getting back on the original topic...to finish my answer to BDK's question. The polecats at tubing are being sent to Mount Snow...JFBB is getting carriage guns to replace those...which can be used in the places that BDK mentioned. JF put carriages in some unique spots at the end of this season to help out thin spots such as T-Bolt and East Mtn. Next season, JFBB will have more flexability on where to use fans. TT C6...I found this out in a conversation I had with the mountain manager at BB.
  20. Well, since you have such a big interest in me ...I'm the guy who does whatever needs to be done..a Jack of all trades I suppose. I know Brad. Nice guy...for a southerner. I've worked with him a time or two. It's pretty easy to find out the info in my 'informative and helpful posts'...just go ask someone there. It's not top secret or anything. Well, the glade things I just know 'cause I'll be getting frisky with a wood chipper this summer. If you need my name, number, turn-ons, turn-offs, and life ambitions...then send me a PM big boy. I feel so special today. Thanks for thinking of me TT C6.
  21. Haha. Alright, I'll play along to amuse myself. Why exactly do you think I'm this person?
  22. More glades will be cleared out in areas all across the mountain. Some of the lifts will be painted black like B/C last summer. Some buildings will be painted. I don't think a HSQ will ever go at JF. The mountain is really too small to justify the expense...plus if they had a high speed then East and Challenge/Thunderbolt would get skied out so fast. Every person who started skiing last week would be over there just to ride the fastest lift. IMO.
  23. I always thought the ski patrol show was highly risky. Why would any ski area want a video account of the way it's patrol handled an injury? And don't even say that as long as you know your staff is good then you don't have to worry about it. At any point someone can make a mistake or a strange situation can occur and then, 'oh wow mr. attorney, they were video taping me when I was being transported by the patrol'. Risky move, can't wait to see the show.
  24. I don't usually read the Blue board, so sorry for being uninformed. Blue actually agreed to do the Ski Patrol show? That is being shot in season correct? I just want to make sure I have my facts straight before I say anthing.
