  1. Looks like Risk it. I concur Gravity is my friend
  2. Wasn't his thing I guess. He plays like 3-4 leagues of softball and tournaments now that's about all he lives for. Tay Tay just visited my house via Dick Clarks Rockin NYE tv special. Apparently she's a dirty girl after all. Lol
  3. I went by myself. Ed quit riding like 8 years ago about a year after he started
  4. No, sorry to disappoint you. I'll try harder next time.
  5. I do but it's a $20 piece of worthless shit and I didn't even use it. Sometimes you just say fuck it. I just happen to say fuck it more than the average individual.
  6. This exactly. This isn't a competition, stat competition is for tools. Skiing is an individual sport enhanced with friends who enjoy the same sport. I'm glad you're getting out there man. Get out there and enjoy it as much as possible I'm trying to do the same, this season is just depressing so far. I've gotten out twice, the first time was leaving directly from work getting changed in the bathroom and battling rush hour traffic from south jersey across the bridge, up I95, the entire length of the blue route, and Christmas shopping through Whitehall all for a wrod. The second was today driving 4 hours to belle for a longer wrod. To the average skier this seems moronic honestly. That's when I could go and I'm trying to make the most of it. I gave you props that day at blue when you had to rush back for the hockey game.....no hate whatsoever my man. Point being, it doesn't matter how long you stay, or how many runs you get in, or how many times you get out there, it all comes down to having fun. Accept the king of the wrod title and own that shit like a champ. This season has started off so bad that I even thought about taking the kayak out a few times It all comes down to what you want to do and when you can do it. When that snow does come. Shit is going to Fucking nuke pow days for real.
  7. How is Robert 2 doing?
  8. Loaded up It flurried on and off pretty much all day Never been to belle before and didn't realize that the upper lots were open, parked at learning center (initial pic) took lift up than had to hike it through the mud to the upper lift Was really only the one trail but it was long at least. Nice soft bumps at the top until the flattened out section where the intermediate drop off is The bottom section was soft smaller bumps than it was smoother and fast until the bottom I don't condone this vandalism Got on the mountain at 11, left at 3 Just under 4 hours there, 3.5 back cruising at 85. I forgot to order ticket online so it was $66 which blows but whatever I got a free return trip ticket and got to ski expert terrain that was full width so I'm definitely not complaining Didn't have service at the mountain. T-Mobile kinda sucks but it's cheap and works great in the hood that's why no Real time report. I did try. Time to shower up and get my drink on with my lady. Happy New Year everyone
  9. Actually...there are flurries.....
  10. Yawn..... Kings of the wrod.
  11. Anyone skiing tomorrow?
  12. I googled it out of curiosity and found it... It was these things....
  13. Looking DeeP. Get it
  14. This is going to sound nuts.... back in like 2006 I think.... We were walking around the town of Jackson and I wanted some ibuprofen or something.... I came across this trial pack of something called ski legs or some bullshit... I read the ingredients and decided fuck it why not..... (I'm pretty much anti medicine unless I'm in dire need so this was seriously against my norm). Anyway, it's probably a completely mental thing as there wasn't much in it except for lactic acid or something.... But I swear it was one of the quickest leg recovery things ever for me. Never saw them again either....but I'd definitely try it if I did..... I usually just dose myself with a shit ton of water, (actually start drinking lots of water about two weeks prior to going out). and take two of my daily multivitamin instead of one when skiing bigger mountains.....
  15. I'll be skiing this weekend.....while I'd like that to be at Blue.... I'll be skiing, somewhere and right now.... That's good.
  16. Yeah.....also no car needed either which is a cost savings. I'm on a 5 on 2 off 2 on 5 off schedule with the kids... I have every Mon, Tues and every other Fri, Sat, Sun. The only option for me with JH would be the Jan 13-17 to fit into the pass holder deal. This doesn't work for me for a few other reasons as well. I'm fat as fuck and pretty much haven't done shit for myself as far as physical fitness is concerned. Combine this with the fact that our season here has sucked which means in my case a ski trip will be much better really late in the season when I at least have some sort of ski legs built up. I'm scheduled to fly out to Utah the first week of February and I know that I'm nowhere near being ready. I've been on ski trips many times and my weight and physical fitness is always an issue.... When I'm in shape and my weight is down...I ski good. When it's not.... I struggle hard. My own fault and I own it. Even though I can't explain it logically...because I know that I have the choice to determine my own outcome.... I can't seem to control it. Everything that I love to do is affected by it....skiing, biking, etc... and I sabotage myself constantly.... I simply can't win the battle, although I'll never quit. I want to get back to JH and I will get back to JH, but I don't want to get back to JH in my current condition.... Quite honestly...this year, I'm not even in good enough condition for the damn Poconos....it's been a rough one and I pretty much suck at life....
  17. Logistics....I have kids and custody agreements /southwest doesn't fly there. <see cost for me who has already purchased tickets on sw and has points > Jhmr lift tix cost are higher <for this year see custody arrangements and schedule >
  18. Logistics and cost is only thing that keeps me from going.... Like Arnold says.... I'll be back
  19. Lmao...I know nuffin
  20. That was their plan the whole time..... [emoji12]
  21. Tore my MCL in a tree well at Keystone off the cat skiing thing..... Wasn't fun getting out of the tree well, nor getting down with the torn MCL.
  22. Oh no.... There's definitely nothing funny about that....unless they were rock skis destined for bench /shotski use.....
  23. I'm still game if you guys are..... No more quick start.....boo No alta/bird boarding pass 50% discount this year either....that kinda sux but whatever. Got snow....got time.... Got gear.... Time to ski
