  4. My skis, boots, and poles are at Frost as I planned on being there this weekend.... Looks like back to boulder for me... Maybe alien pass...doubt it though I'm Bringing icelantics to boulder, that'll be fun

  6. They usually close the same day.
  7. WoW.... Blue outlasted Frost this season
  8. Good stuff....
  9. I'm not ranking TR's cause that's more homo than Doug and Kyle going at it. I will say however that this TR was great, just like me because I'm the best skier on PASR.
  10. I'm seriously embarrassed to be a member of PASR right now.
  11. Have fun man.....get some...
  12. Laft...really? Laughed
  13. Classic...... Love It Really fun day.
  14. I'll second everything Dan said...
  15. Just announced march 18th. Go to their fb page for details.
  16. Blue has plenty of revenue without a Waterpark. Mike ...did you make it over to south peak yet, some good tree stashes over there.
  17. Timeless, I thought that bowl/ tree area on the backside where the natural halfpipe is, was one of the better areas at Alpine and you get a pretty decent view from there. Thanks for the pics!!!
  18. Nope, they have a tour via shuttle option. Tubing is progression too right? Waterparks kill the nature element of skiing imo.....mountain bike trails is progression....waterparks on mountains is depression
  19. Strawberry Park Natural hot springs > In Town Tourist Trap Hot Springs Think of it like the difference between skiing a mountain like Jack Frost,or Blue (prior to the big air bag)and a Carnival Mountain place like camelback which feels like an amusement park with the waterslide shit in the middle of it. JMO though
  20. Thumbs up ........
  21. U Da man Timeless...
  22. I'd rank the Tahoe resorts that I've been to in this order --- Squaw, Kirkwood, Alpine, Heavenly, Homewood Erin.... pics this weekend please!!!
  23. Where Squaw and Jackson are the gnarliest mountains I've skier... Steamboat and Kirkwood are definitely the two most playfull and fun when it comes to terrain. The town is old school and genuine.... I love it there, have fun Mike....
  24. This...
  25. Non skiing must do IMO...... strawberry farm hot springs. The drive is horrible, but there are shuttle trips there too. The place is killer, don't miss it... they have a website, Google strawberry farm hot springs steamboat Skiing wise....its all good, seriously. Hard mountain to navigate from one area to another so make sure to grab a map or two when you take the gondola up. Below the gondola isnt worth your time, head up the gondola and then take storm peak express to the top.... You can hit pretty much anything you'd want from there. There are spots there that you'll need to take 2 lifts to get back to the gondola from ( south peak for example), so don't get stuck back there with jello legs...lol It's a fun area if you like trees. The last few deep pics were taken off the traverse across the top heading skiers left then dropping in off the backside (left side of traverse) If you follow the traverse past the two black diamond marked runs a little bit just before the traverse hooks skiers right and drop in towards the boundary line you'll be more than pleased. Head skiers left though as Dan found his way to morningside lift (a little more tracked out towards the lift, but you'll avoid a long uphill traverse along the boundary line that way) I went right and ended on the traverse over towards south peak (sunrise or sunshine lift ...either way completely different side of mountain...) You won't remember this shit anyway, but do remember. Gondola to Storm Peak express....head skiers right and drop in. (storm peak express opens at 9) That will put a big smile on your face to start the day. Seriously consider strawberry farms hot springs too, its a really cool place and Mrs Snowbunski would love it too. Oh yeah....Really good eats at the smokehouse directly across the street from hotel bristol, don't worry you'll smell it.
