No, Jordan, I was making fun of you. And then I made fun of you after you were mean and told me to shut up. But if you ever tell me it's 7 degrees and raining in NEPA, then I'll fly to Colorado and kick you in the butt really hard. As Doug said: bad stoke. (and thanks for more secret info) Are we good, now, JMan? I don't wanna argue about weather...weather is too nerdy.

Thanks for all the great amazing hidden secrets about how a nor'easter works. Any tips on how to drive a stick shift? Maybe a link on how to take an aspirin? Can you help with something else: my shoes are different shapes and they sometimes hurt when I put them on. Is there supposed to be a right and a left?

Hehehe...that's exactly what I thought when I first saw it.

Do you pay your electric bill with ear muffs, stickers, and other "swag"?

Ha, most states screw you with holograms...I could make you a Harvard graduate pretty easily, though.

Hey, Mark, I'll be there in the afternoon...then I have my beer league race at night. Shame you're not 21 or you could get drunk with us in the snazzy Sno Grille after the races...
-
Nah, Justo made all that up.

Yeah, I took Ty over after school...trying to take advantage of the last warm night for a while. Pretty much one full chair out of every 20 on Shuttle and Iron Horse...

The winds calmed down and it was pretty warm this morning. We did some Fast Track laps, waiting for groomers to finish Lower Runaway. The only reason I'm posting a report is because it struck me that they were working so hard to groom lightly used slopes on a Monday morning. I mean, there are 10 skiers/boarders on the hill and they had everything groomed so meticulously...except Smoke---before it gets skied out, anyone heading up should hit the big, soft bumps...total hero bumps. We ended up laying lots of fresh tracks in the cord on Whistler and Lower Runaway. We did stop and really check out where they plan cut the new trails, especially the steep drop next to Lower Fast Track. That's going to be an amazing run. But they'll really need one blue square down on the NF to open it up to everyone. Great morning!

Seems like Bob got it off his chest; kids stuck up for their home hill; and, management did a mea culpa...but you don't want any goofing around? It bothers you? F*ck, I think it's a great trend that MB's have this sort of power, like the teachers smashing kids cell phones and having the vids posted online...some of the shit that nobody ever believed is gtting attention. And we're all better for it. -

Hahahaha, funny to read the little BARE Creek dipshits telling Bob to shut up...good reading! Sh*t, I'd have set a fire to the lodge...except TP4 would have been left homeless....Bob, are you really rich? Eh, nevermind....you shouldn't be reading this thread anymore... -
Our mountain opened in mid-January.... The ASRA slalom was on the skiers left slope yesterday...Kat and I had to bail for something, but I've raced on that one before. It's actually a lot easier than the main slope. The main slope gets rutted out really badly just over the crest of the headwall because of how steep it is; the one you'll be on is a straight shot out of the little house---also better is that you don't have to take your skis off and climb up to the start...that's such a drag.

Congrats and great report! What's the winning time (curious about the length of that course---and what run it is)? And where are you next?
-
Ha, yeah, if you watch a J4/5 race, the course is just about right when it's over...
