i can show you some maps of Eastern PA getting crushed, and it snows from Tuesday to Thursday, or Baltimore getting 2', and nothing in Allentown. Its March, so its gotta line up pretty good. By Sunday there might be some kind of an idea of whats gonna happen. Could definitely be some good skiing next week though. Break out the RTM's.

There are alot of rentals by me as well that rent well. Not long term, but weekends, weeks, etc. There are houses in my development that were built to be rentals. I used to know a guy that had 6 houses in the development. I did the rental thing for a little while when i first bought my house. what an absolute pain in the ass. My house didnt rent great, its older, doesnt have 9 huge flat screen tv's, or a hot tub. I might be able to sell my house for a couple bucks more than i bought it for, the best thing i did to increase the value was put an addition on it, but the real estate boom in the Poconos is long over. Occasionally i look around, i would buy something with a 2 car garage to tinker around in, but i really like where my house is.

I use my house alot, but, yes, it is actually empty a good bit of time. A townhouse at JF would really be empty alot. Those type home are empty really except for ski season. Theres actually alot of “stuff” going on in my developent year round, alot of people there use their homes almost every weekend. You should get a second hotel room, somewhere nice for the weekends after ski season. Live it up a little.

Great day. Hope the arms ok doug. Def wanted to ski a few more runs after lunch, i hopped on the 6 after toast and law left, but the 6 just seemed cranky, and stopped alot, so i wanted to end my day on a high note without getting stuck on it, so i rolled. Decent ride home. Roads got just a little interesting around mid county. Delco got a foot easy. Lets see what monday might have in store.

Whatever you call the person stocking the shelves at the grocery store....i keep looking at that job like the stress factor on that would be pretty low. 9-5 (or some similar set hours), dairy didnt get delivered that day? not his fault. a catastrophe might be having to clean up a dozen eggs that hit the ground by accident? My job keeps me awake at night. Often. And, thanks to the invention of the smartphone, i can even be at work, even when im not at work. Awesome.

I dont think getting there tomorrow will be that bad. Getting home will be the tricky part for sure, depending on what time of course. I'm going to put my "out west" lens in my googles so i feel like im skiing something really awesome.
