Very true. Sun will rise, sun will set. this is about the only given with the weather. I look at 4 different forecasts daily. 3 use different models, the other one is kind of a blend. when all three of them say the same thing, pretty good odds thats what will happen that day. When they all say something different, just flip a coin.

i dont think i have ever had goat cheese. i have recently been re-aquainted with something i havent had in years. Pimento cheese. Its really actually sort of a spread, but the gourmet gas station down the street from work has a meatloaf sandwich with pimento cheese that is delish. NMSKI - you need to get lunch from there one day. i highly recommend the above sandwich, as well as anything else they have.

Comfort food is my specialty. You should see what i do with bread, cheese and a non stick frying pan.

Isnt it that The state owns the land, but are looking for someone to run it? I think i read about denton last year. I felt like there was alot of talk and studies as to how to put it back together, but thats all that happened. Talk and studiea. No action. Lots of managers, and no laborers....what ever you might want to call it.

^^^ because he likes to "play" ski resort owner? It seems to me a concert venue, waterpark, and ski resort are pretty high liability business to be in just to break even. Why bother with it?

Disco.....sweet. i like montage, so keep that in mind as you read on. So these 2 festivals pretty much cover operating expenses for the year. Thats gotta be some big money. So 1 or 2 more festivals a year and skiing and or waterpark start to look like a low profit pain in the ass? Operating expenses sure would be low if you didnt have to make snow, fuel equipment to groom said snow, light up the snow, and spin really big electric motors to get people to the top of the snow. You know, just thinking out loud.

Least crowded, probably. most challenging? Blue is pretty challanging around 2 pm on any given Saturday. And, yeah, i like montage too, but two season passes is kinda silly. cant be in two places at the same time. i like skiing Blue with all the other weirdos on here.
