They opened Challenge. The 6" of snow they got yesterday really helped them out. Price of lift tickets just went up again.

We remain at 1 slope & lift today (w/ 8 park features) but tomorrow we look to add more! Stay tuned for updates on our snowmaking progress & what we are able to offer you for the weekend. I have only done opening day at Blue twice before, and that was my longest opening day session. Just glad i was able to get my boots on the right feet, even though it didnt feel like they were.

They had "weathermaker 2000" up and running. I was kind of suprised to see them making snow. I think chances of them holding onto what they made are low, but they probably needed to take the risk.

i have a really good friend close by that might be able to do me a solid and pick my gear up for me. He is a really great guy, awesome skier, snappy dresser, etc..... i just need to get a hold of him. Thank you, thats very generous of you, but i would fucking kill myself.

I did actually mean to say after work. However, looking around this house, i see no ski gear for me. Unless you have an extra pair of skis,boots, poles, and some high priced snow pants, i need to work on "plan c"

Taking the same day off for skiing as Christmas bonus checks are written, might not be the best financial decision i could make. Im out unless NMSKI wants to carpool.

8 trails and 5 lifts? i really want to see them pull this off. Or is it like upper pocono raceway, midway pocono raceway, lower pocono raceway, pocono raceway runout, liftline, etc.....
