Reports from the Poconos are 4". so, the place should be shutting down really soon. Based on the radar, i would say its gonna keep snowing for a while. maybe the 8-12" isnt too far off.

Both of my Pocono weather weirdos are dropping totals as well. and neither were tossing out the big numbers like NWS. At this point, its kinda like that joke, 1-24". But lets go with it. it will probably fall somewhere in there.

NWS is usually on the low side of things, usually. To me it seems they are really going all in on it. Im just having trouble believing like Northern Carbon is going to see a foot. Lets just go with 4-6, and be really surprised when its more, rather than be dissapointed when its a dusting.

One thing to maybe note here, this is going to be a fairly warm snow in the Blue/Montage/Elk region. gets a little colder in NY, but its just not gonna be a very cold snow.

Looks like things are shifting around some. Blue might get some snow, but im a skeptic at this point. Just based on how this year has gone, and its march, i would go on the low end of these numbers.

I cant accurately describe wtf the first headwall on Razors was. Mostly because i couldnt see it, but it was a new level of weird. After that, things were pretty good, slow in spots for sure. Switch was nice, coming soon was fun in the ditchy-ditch. Last two runs the vis was so much better.

one overly agressive facebook meteorologist/paramedic says accumulation snow sat, and significant snow tuesday. like a nor'easter. and maybe next thurs/fri too. he is a snow lover, so sometimes his snow goggles cloud his forecast some.

Waaaay to much in the way of logistics with this. At least @Benm got on the lift with 2x4's on his feet. This thing wont get near the lift. However, you may be able to get this to go at JF with skiitoolives on Sunday, since you can just throw it on the snow there and go down. Might have a hike back up tho. I would shoot for the glades, since he heard they were "skiable".

i like all the posts, and like the lift. I am most thankful for the early season lot/lift options. I think parking up top might be a thing of the past now. yeah, it does turn into a cluster fuck in between the 2 sixes, i would like to think there is some good explanation as to why they are so close to one another, but we live in a very imperfect world, and maybe this is what you get when you remodel an old ski resort, basically having to put things where they need to be VS where you would like them to be. Who knows, maybe there is an ancient burial ground that the new 6 is encroaching upon. They could try to work on the getting off part of it a little bit more, but its all good.

Pretty unimpressed with the Friday/Friday night thing. I think if @RidgeRacer needs to use something on the driveway, it will be a squeegee.
