no, you are right, its just a blanket policy, and would take forever to figure out who actually needs it, and who doesnt. then the people that dont get it feel as though they are entitled to the same benefit, and then theres riots, and people wearing new Nike's and Timberlands.......and it drives the country further apart.

I see that, and raise you the ethical issue of anybody here actually needing the second stimulus check. They should be paying more attention to those that are in need, rather than those that go skiing and enjoy sausage sunday.

Yeah, kinda like Doug said, most times after they blow snow on a trail its not good for like 2 days. Good news is it should be prime for us weekend skiers. i get the struggle coming from JFBB, but you need to weigh the goods and bads, and i always come up with more good at Blue than Frost, at least in my last years there. NMDW is my fav trail, so im not super excited about the park thing, but it is what it is. When its just sitting there unused, thats when i will go all saltyant.

This is what i am struggling with as well.

That makes me crazy btw. Im really a weekend smoker, and i just dont see how doing that moves one up on the list.

I signed up today with Chesco, thinking i will have better odds with them than Delco. First, Delco doesnt actually have their own Health Dept, they kinda work off of Chester County's. And second, its probably unlikely the vaccine will be administered at Wawa's and Acmes, so pretty much most of Delco is fucked right from the get go.

Thats a decent plan. Greek is fun and different. Hopefully they are busy making snow....last time i checked, they didnt have tons open.

If they did, it would put JFBB out in a big way. they are struggling for employees. They have 76 job openings, and a job fair in the middle of the season.

The back story on that place is incredible.

Once you have a ladder slide out from under you, and you get a ride in the ambulance, do rehab, etc, ladders become evil. I hate ladders now. totally afraid of them. I recently tried to get up on my roof to see how that bat got in my chimney, i had the ladder all set up, got about halfway up, and then just chickened out. i shouldnt even own an extension ladder anymore.

If Greek ever gets going, thats a fun day trip. What ever date gets picked, some will be able to make, some wont. its how the world works. I will be awaiting a firm date, and decide if i can make it then.

All of the lift line guy, mask police, etc has been really sporadic, and weird as to when these people were there. Saturday, (or was it Sunday?) there was an armed security guard telling people that to go through the gates, they had to be properly wearing a mask. Then nothing after that. no liftline guy, no mask police, no armed security guard presence. Saturday, there were two employees kind of at either end of the passholders line calling people out for masks. Friday, like Jan 1st, it wasnt crowded, and there was the lifline guy there organizing the line, that really didnt need organizing as much as any other day. weird. Maybe its a staffing issue, which i get. I would think the employees would want people to wear masks, for their protection as well, but they seem to just kind of go with it. There was a ski patrol dude in line yesterday with his mask around his chin. Employees should be setting the example. I hope it doesnt continue to go this way. I just cant figure out why people just cant fucking wear a mask.
