They took alot of heat over the "super spread", and put out an apology. I sort of looked at it like they were sort of telling people to have large gatherings. Im no marketing or advertising genius, but i would have stayed far away from advertising anything that had to do with a big gathering.

Im not to concerned. Just sucks that its happened. I have maybe 2 brief conversations with him a day, he is good about wearing a mask, and pretty much keeps to himself, he isnt a big social butterfly, just kinda does his job, and really works alone. there are 3 more guys getting tested tomorrow. Fun days ahead. i am getting tested friday to be on the safeside.

I am blown away by how many people i know say no way to a vaccine. Its like they dont get its not just for their good, but i know alot of stupid people. I would agree that some of the stupid people i know that were on the fence with a vaccine, have probably gone to the "i will get one" side.

you can put me on the vaccine list as well. When it comes right down to it though, i will take my guidance on the vaccine from the people i know in the medical field, not Google, or Yahoo.

Anyway you spin this, we are not heading in the right direction. yesterday afternoon one of the office assistants baby sitter called her to say she tested positive. so, shes probably out for a while, and i would have to say her son was probably exposed. I am just hoping we make it till Christmas without really something really bad happening. Seems like we really just fell off the cliff in the last few days. Pretty lucky i really dont have to make close contact with many people at work.

I thought i saw something on FB that the race team was full steam ahead. Dont quote me on that, because it wasnt on CNN, Fox, huffpost, Yahoo, etc.

Things just got a little fucked up around here today. One of the mechanics called out this morning out with a 101 fever. Then we got a phone call that one of the wives of a guy tested positive, so that wipes out about 3 other guys that guy is with today, to get tested tomorrow. Things aint looking so good.

Ours was cancelled. Huge bummer. Always a good time.

LOL at making a fuss over restrictions in Philadelphia, when the restrictions in Phila apply to like 3% of the forum members. I dont think we are heading to lockdowns, but i do believe like NMSKI said, sorry for the bars and gyms to be taking the hit, but its better to be targeting the hot spots where the increase in cases are coming from. As far as the large private gatherings? well hopefully people will do the right thing. But there are too many people in the world "that cant be told what to do". the lastest vaccines show alot of promise. This is probably worth arguing over.

I'm with you on that one, just sort of having trouble thinking a year ago we got one good run down midway, and multiple shitty ones. I would love to be taking a run down midway at its worst right now though.

When i was out there with my knee all banged up, Alta was were i felt i was doing exactly that.....riding the same 10 groomed trails all day. I felt like even the Bird had more in the way of groomed trails. But for the record, the same 10 trails at Alta all day beats PA anyday.

Yeah, and the leader of our country's biggest concern right now is "making America Trump again" He couldnt give 2 fucks about the virus at this point.

As well as schools. I think most of them will be virtual again very soon.
