That would be cool if i had any friends that didn't have season passes i guess. I wish we could get more than a half an hour to ourselves but, it's something so i'm not complainin'.
-
lol, its cool. I was just gettin' double teamed there for a sec, had to clear that up.
-
I dont know where you guys got that, but i never said i want my stance to be 26". All i said was I want a wider stance and flexier board. I'm at about 18" right now, I would like to go up to about 22" tops. And I don't think it looks "cool" to have a wide stance, I don't know why you guys started sayin' that lol. But i just wanted a new board that has more flex and a wider stance.

Yeah, i can tailpress real high, nose press i got a little trouble with, but i can get it up a few inches. I think i might just get like a 145ish WWW. I'll probably wait for the new one to come out though. Hows the WWW with jumps?
-
Well it seems like the WWW is probably the best buy. I'm probably going to wait for the new one to come out though, or at least until my JJ falls apart. If i normally ride a '51 what size WWW should i get?(keep in mind I want a smaller board)
-
How much for an 18ft flat box? I live in jersey, but i'll make the trip up.
-
Yeah i was considering getting a 44 stairmaster. But it really comes down to how wide you can get the stance, and how flexy the board is. And it seems like you can get the stairmaster wider than the WWW, but which one is flexier? As for the artifact, my friend wanted to get one but we compared it to the WWW and the WWW seemed a lot flexier and you could obviously get the stance a lot wider, those are just the things that are important to me though.

I want something a little smaller than a 49. And I'm considering the WWW, but i might wait for the new one to come out. What does anyone know about the Forum Jiblet. or the K2 Jibpan.

Got any pics of these boards? Or know of any websites i can check 'em out at. Yeah, a lot of people have that board, and i know you can get your stance real wide on that thing. I wanted to get a capita stairmaster in 42 or 44. I'm about 5'6, 150. and I'm real into rails n boxes, not so much jumps. And i've been riding 151 ever since i started boardin' so i don't know if that will be too much of a change.
-
what would you say is the most flexy, soft, short park board out there right now. i'm tryin' to get a new board and i want one that is real short and flexy, and one that the bindings will go to almost touching the nose and tail...anyone got anything?
-
If you find anything, PM me, I'm tryin' to buy somethin' too.
-
How much does neveplast cost? And how much does that "green carpet" cost at home depot, and what is it called. I just want to get enough for one box, 10ft in front, 10ft in back...around there.
-
Is the 40ft flat box on the right side of blackbear now? it kind of looks like it but i can't tell. I hope so, 'cause i need at least one thing to butter.
-
not to be an ass...but i was pretty pumped to hear that weren't lettin' anyone else in. and the lines weren't even that long which is strange, granted i stay on the double the whole time, and never do trails. so i don't know what the other side of the mountain looked like. but a lil FYI, if that happens again just say "i have to go pick up my little brother(or anyone else you can think of) he's waiting for me at the ticket booth." then go find a spot somewhere and you're good to go.

I have been looking all season to try to find light blue snowboard pants and gloves, if they have a lil black in them, that's fine, because my new jacket is black too. And when i say light blue i mean like north carolina light blue. I've checked every website i know from the-house to dogfunk to eternal snow. if you have any idea where to find them, let me know, thanks.

why you raggin' on the outfit, yo? i think it's pretty ill.
-
today was pretty ill. conditions were perfect without a doubt. not crowded at all, around 6 i just rode right into the dub lift without even waitin'. jumps were pretty awful to be honest, but besides that; good day of ridin'.

Bare Creek sucks...period. Tubing sales at 6:30 bulls**t.
rideride replied to boblikescats's topic in Bear Creek
well i'd say this whole thing was taken a lil too far, and bob, no need to rag on me i was just givin' you my honest opinion. and uh, thanks to whoever voted my comment best of the year. lol. but i say we end on this note. bob had a problem, mark solved it, hes not comin' back, shorter lift lines, just to makeBEAR creek that much better. end. -

first of all learn how to spell bearcreek and second no one cares that you want to go blue, have fun there it won't affect them or us at all if one family doesn't go. so damn stubborn... and next time you got a problem, call up bear and say it to them. don't complain about tubing through a forum. not tryin' to be an asshole, but you're a typical rich skier, just 'cause a few things don't go your way you flip, calm down, call up bear n see what they can do. or just stick by your word and never come again. -
The 11th is good for me. i would consider me and my crew "sick" I wear all white volcom newspaper outfit with pink lens A-frames. And the kid im goin with has lime green pants n black jacket so, look out for us and we'll get you some ill footage.

haha. me and a few of my friends did the same thing at stowe. well, we didnt do hayride, but we went through a couple closed trails and got the freshest powder, it was so nice. but eventually kids saw us do it and copied us and messed up our secret trail. so we were about to go to hayride and we saw kids walking up frm it, with ski patrol right behind them lol. so we turned back and just went back to our old trail. and we almost got caught. long story short, they pulled us off the lift, confused us for someone else, tried to take our lift tickets but we mad eup a convincing story and they let us go. then we rode away signing "TRYIN' TO CATCH US RIDIN DIIIRTTTYYY" classic....

conditions were nice today. and the jumps on black bear were ill. only thing i hated was the step-up jump and the lil spine thing on cascade, the step up was fun for the first 3 trys, then it just got boreing. and i think the spine is pointless. but besides that, f'in amazing job on everything i loved it. cant wait to check out the new set up.
-
I hope it will still be there, that thing was fun as hell. But i can't tell from the webcam...

Bottom of Cascade* my bad, wrote it in computer class.

I dont know, i think front flips are a lot easier. but then again, i can't even backflip on trampolines. and i learned front flips on that nipple, so maybe thats why. It's basically just a pile of snow, thats shaped like mondona's nipple. it's at the bottom of blackbear to the right of the picnic table. and i gnailed a few cripplers(90-frontroll-90) off that, so you should be able to front flip.
