any chance we will see a few more rails up in black bear? the candy cane is setup no different than it ever was lol, the rail is just down hill further not sticking directly into the lip making it look different but ride the same. i guess the rail could be higher above the lip but dont hit it from the front if you dont like to hit it from the front. ive seen many snowboarders lay down some sweet maneuvers from the side just how its setup now.

The lip looks weird on the candy cane but really it rides the same. just imagine the rail extending into the lip and its the same. you would ollie past that part every time anyway because its right next to the lip. everything is super fun right now. cant wait till we can fill in the rest of lower black bear with features. if we have enough snow on upper black bear it would be sweet to see a couple more rollers. theyre fun.

thats like mid january coverage minus the snow needed for features. :banghead they wont do a hike park so i sure hope they're making a lot of money off this snowmobile race, since they only do after season activities for events that makes a lot of money.

its a world wide event im pretty sure and there arnt many other places to do it. a lot of the workers at it are volunteer as well. so they prolly make a decent amount of money at it. not to mention the hotel and restaurant/bar prolly fill up.

if you use your receipt you get half of your next ticket thats not a bad deal... the only thing that sucks about it is the receipts date cant be the day your trying to buy a ticket.

they actually fixed stuff. they even had to go get extra hammers and nails and tool belts to help them.

well they have to stay open till atleast the 12th or something for the usasa snowboarding comp.

i got a hot wax in the morning and still was insanely sticky out all day. once the sun went down though it was great. fast but still soft. stayed till about 8pm... i usually peace whent hte sun goes down. second blackbear hit was fun.

maybe hes just hopping on by the yurt. im too lazy to webcam it. ill find out in an hour.

also 420 box would be dope thrown in on a slant instead of being a constant noob trap.

im feeling the flat skinny rail that used to be where the s is, in place of the flat flat flat down box. and a bigger landing on the up box if there is enough snow.

every place charges that much on a weekend.

def worth stopping by. not sure what your into but seven springs has a decent amount of everything. their trails are not the steepest but they have a good park, and a lot of trails. most are pretty different that what its like around here. they have a lot of super wide open stuff which is really fun. They also have a decent amount of bumps on varyingly steep trails, if i remember correctly. ticket prices are pretty mellow too.

for sure... i really hope they take advantage of it. atleast in the park if they dont want to do it anywhere else. we have a dope park right now and we gotta keep it that way. i really like the four jump line in black bear more then 2 jumps and two sets of rails... we have the whole rail garden at the bottom so there is no need for the 2 rail sets at the end of upper blackbear. the four jump line is mad dope right now. IMO one thing that could be changed is the second jump in cascade is a quarter pipe to small pile of snow for a landing. the lip is fine that poppy its actually really fun but the landing needs to be longer.

its really not bad coverage its just noticeable now that we have more features in the snow is spread more thinly but its super fun. UP BABY HYBRID TO BARRELBONK IS AMAZING.

good fast then got a little slow but it was good out. they are loosing mad snow but its not bad... yet.

jump line on black bear is so much fun. STOKED on the new stuff they put in. candy cane and mailbox are prime. the new hitching post/ up rail to barrel bonk looks awesome cant wait to ride it tomorrow. finally something different and sick. candy cane would be even cooler with two small lips on each side to hit it urban as awell as straight on.
