I was there, got to ski a bunch of runs with him, he's definitely a very cool, nice guy. I had a great day for sure.

I only hit it once so I can't give too much info, but it was actually surprisingly fun. I thought landing on it would be awkward but it's really not; trying to get off of it made me feel like a fool though haha. The kicker was pretty nice and of decent size. As for the flip rule I can't say for sure, I didn't really wanna push anything on my first hit but I saw guys going inverted fairly often, I think they just tell you not to do it again. It was fun for free, but I'm not sure how fun it'd be when you're shelling out $10 for three hits or whatever the hell they want.

I'll be there probably around nine or so with my friend. Look for the skier with the highlighter yellow pants and either a solid blue jacket or a blue and white jacket. I'm really hard to miss, probably be in and out of the park and east mountain all day. Name's Kevin just give me a shout.

College night at Boulder was real sick. Plenty of great snow and the parks were pretty good. Second double option on love was really nice. Little crowded though...

Hey everyone, I'm a freshmen at elmira college and Im gonna be spending a bunch of time at greek (hopefully) this season and was looking for people to ski with.

I was there on the 2nd as well. I didn't think the crowds were too terrible bad, at least not compared to what I've seen before. Any of the kids I was skiing with at the end of the day on here? I forget your names sorry ha. I was the one in the blue and yellow.

how come their park sucks everytime i go?

yeah there were two. first one was weird and small. if you were up there last year it was built on the landing of the first jump last year. It didn't really have a distinguishable knuckle or landing it was pretty much just a small kicker. the last jump was maybe 20 feet (I suck at distances) in the morning it was super nice the landing was awesome but as the day went on the lip got destroyed and never fixed and snow got soft so i literally had to tuck from before the first jump to clear it.

my friend and i are heading up tomorrow and i won't lie, for the first time im actually excited and eager to see camelbacks park, it sounds like you guys have really stepped it up ill make sure to post a report when i get back

yeah i'm looking for a softer ski, I'm used to my thrusters

They're doing again (at least thats what I've heard). I'm really excited it's my first year at Elmira College and we're trying to get a team organized for it, should be a lot of fun.

Okay so I didn't start this thread but figure I'd ask in here. I've narrowed my choice down to either the Suspects or the AR6s. Anyone have any input on the two? Right now I'm thinking AR6s but I can't seem to find them anywhere but online and I like supporting shops so I'd rather not get them online. I'm looking for a park ski that can hold its own on groomers, but I don't need an all mountain. I just moved to upstate New York (Elmira) for college if that makes any difference, I've never skiied up here so I don't know what to expect in relation to the poconos. Any advice? Papasteeze I know you're big into Armada any idea where I could get some AR6s around here?

Yeah I showed up a couple times last April, I hope they make it again cause it was a lot of fun.

I used to be more of a rail guy but now i love doing jumps i dunno i used to hate jumps but all of the sudden they are like the greatest thing ever hah but i think its what everyone else has said, jumps on the east coast just aren't up to par (usually)

damn i know its still early but im trying to decide between the dumonts, the suspects, and the ar6s... crap i was half hoping the new salomons would suck to make my decision easier ha

Kinda far in advance, but I'm going for scout ski weekend cause it's dirt cheap and I was just wondering what the park is looking like now...

It was opened at night I guess cause it was open when I got there. I was actually surprised. I didn't like the rails because CB seems to think that every rail in the advanced park needs an eight foot gap onto it. But the jumps were actually really nice.

I don't even think it's open yet.
