  1. conditions on saturday looked pretty good....GR Fielding enjoying them. For those who have been at the top of highlands...it's a pretty special place...nothing like watching the sun rise at the top, though.
  2. ruh roh...fire fighting in the middle of no where has got to be hard.
  3. awesome view of some of the most legit terrain at Highlands including the bowl. T-minus 3 weeks.
  4. i love my px15 racings...the 14s feel so cheap in comparison.

  10. I wish we still had negative voting.

  12. time to bump this for stoke...just booked 7 ski days in Aspen. Guest appearance from JohnnyLaw this year. I think the two Johnny's and I are on the same flight out of PHL. We're leaving March 27th. Didn't want to miss Blue's closing weekend
  13. i bought mine last week. After being disgusted having to pay $635 last November for a season pass to blue, thought I might as well buy it now
  14. I still don't get the capes...isn't that what insulated/waterproof pants are for?
  15. I agree with a lot of the article, actually. Some things I don't, but for charging in pow, they're pretty killer.
  16. As marginal as the conditions have been, I have been enjoying the lack of crowds.
  17. hah I was wondering how they spelled my name correctly
  18. I actually think this rain might help everything 'stick' together a little better. Time will tell, but it's going to be empty tomorrow...so get out there and enjoy!
  19. hah that's awesome. nice find mr style!
  20. Who invited you?
  21. I predict 0 crowds this weekend Gunna be rock hard in the AM though.
  22. each got one. duh. get the peanut butter out of your brain.
  23. Well...congratulations to Team PASR! We finished 3rd overall with a terrible first night. Tonight was a bit weird. Because of conditions on the 2nd head wall, they had to run the course from Razorback to the top of the second head wall...aka a super short course. There was so much sugar everywhere, it was almost dangerous. We were the 2nd team to go on each run, so we had some of the best conditions of the night, and it was still bad. I got a little hung up int he sugar each time, and my times suffered. Problem with such a short course is everyone gets bunched up and it's easy for guys who can't handle the speed of the head wall to shine on a night like tonight. I was one of the few that was disappointed there wasn't a longer course tonight, but oh well, had to deal with it. I was 7th fastest tonight. Another great showing from team PASR though. We had 6 out of 7 guys finish two runs, and secured 3rd place no sweat. Johnny, Mike and Glenn laid down some consistent times tonight, with a pretty good run out of JStyle run one. It was good enough for a 4th place team finish tonight. As for prizes, we got a $25 buckmans gift card, 50% buckmans full tune, and a neff hat for 3rd place. Lots of door prizes were given out, and I was the only one on the team not to get one. Johnny got an additional $25 in buckman's gift cards.
  24. Grouse is .2 miles longer. There are two stop signs both ways. I find myself more likely to get caught behind slow traffic on Grouse and at the stop signs where 946/987 meet. Although, going Grouse, you had 2 extra passing zones, plus a running start for the passing zone west of Hokendaqua. We did race one time, and I had you by about a mile (I was pulling out onto 946, you were still at Moore Elementary, but you had some traffic). It's a near wash I feel. Hokendaqua is much smoother and fun than Grouse.
  25. wow that looks so much better than blue was
