it's quite expansive...and would be empty mid day. it's empty during dinner, come to think of it. Would you drive there in the morning, work till the afternoon, and then head to blue?

My friends have a condo at Stratton...they bought in summer 08 i believe. The people next door bought theirs this past summer for 30% less.

Wegmans on 512 is legit up stairs. It's right off of 22. They have a great beer selection (single, 6packs, and 12packs) if you want something to drink with lunch

I'm with stupid. I for one enjoy skiing at Stratton. Every lift they have is a high speed 6pack, the village is beautiful, and now, the real estate is very affordable. Some legit tree skiing (for southern VT) at Stratton, for sure. Don't hate the player, hate the game, Johnny. You have a good job, you should snag a condo at Stratton for cheap

LOL closing trails. This thread is funny. The auger hitting dirt means there is at least 18" of solid ice as a base. what is wrong with you? I'd rather have it be warm and sunny.

I used to think 170cm was a good size, but the new trend is to go longer. More stable and smoother I went from 170 to 180 now to 190s for my daily skis But, now that you're skinnier then Justo, you may need to go shorter

So I just wanted to clue every one in on something new Blue has been doing this year. Moon Doggie in the past only did surf photography, but have now expanded their photography services to skiing. You can spot them at Blue wearing orange jackets, and they are there everyday that Blue is open. Their studio where you can view your pictures, or even purchase them, is in the valley lodge at the top of the handicapped ramp near the cafeteria. TheRealKevinThomas and I were skiing a few days after Blue opened for the year and were approached by one of the photographers, Josh. He got 60+ action shots of us both, and they all came out great. Josh finally sent me a few today, so I just wanted to share with you guys what's available at Blue. Prices are very fair in comparison to other on-mountain photography services, and they even offer 1200x800 pixel shots for use on FB, etc. They do post processing on all photos, but I was sent the unedited copies, so I quickly resized them and had photoshop auto color/contrast. Check out their site, some of the park shots are awesome. If you see one of them standing at the top of the lift, snag them for a few minutes and they'll gladly shoot some awesome shots of you carving or in the park. http://www.moondoggiesnowsports.com/
