Rolled into the lower lot at 7:35, took my time booting up and was first in line at 7:50. Only two other people were scanned at 8am, so it wasn't exactly a competition for me to get first chair. Took my first run down Razors. I told myself I'd look before I'd leap, but 1 turn into the top headwall on Razors, and I pointed them downhill Awesome snow! Ripped two big GS arcs down the headwall, and then flew into the middle section laying my PE's over as hard as I could. The snow was typical Razor's Edge awesomeness. Got to the bottom, and saw MBike Mike and his son, and told them about Razors. We got to the top, and the race team was itching to close it, but we got another run out of it. Pure awesomeness again. MBike mike was smiling at the bottom. They split off at the top to do Lazy, and I decided to try Challenge. I thought I'd have to look before I leaped again. Not the case. Again, second turn into it, I layed down two huge arcs and then proceeded to arc the whole way down the middle section. Another lift ride up, and I saw Zaldon (Vagina Glenn's younger brother). I did two runs with him, and then split off, as Challenge was getting churned up already. I headed over to do a few laps on Lazy. By my 11th ride, I saw Mbike a few chairs in front of me, and he was heading towards Challenge, so I snuck up behind him on the middle section and let him eat some snow from my twins We skied another run down Lazy. I told him at the top, if I made it down this run, I was actually going to make it to Jackson Hole. At the bottom of falls, I threw my arms up, and then I almost ate shit haha, but I made it down Conditions were great for the first 4 runs, then quickly deteriorated. I'll see the Blue Crue sometime the week of the 12th.

I won't be there....I made it home safely today, which means I'm actually going to JH lol. We're smoking chicken and ribs tomorrow, so tomorrow is going to be a day to relax and pack. Have fun!

Meh....Blue is 22 minutes door to door on a weekend morning. Jack Frost is 50, and more then 3x the miles. Regardless, I prefer BB to JF, actually. Boulder Park is the best trail either of those mountains has.

Jack Frost had awesome grooming this morning

Decided last minute last night to ditch Blue Mountain, and head up to Jack Frost with my friend Tom, who I'm going to Jackson Hole with. We left at 6:50am from my house, and with his insanely fast driving up the turnpike, we were at Jack Frost by 7:35am. It was 28 degrees and windy at the top of Jack Frost. It felt colder. We booted up, got our tickets, and then hit the snow. Our first run was down Challenge. It was nice soft fresh cord, something I'm not used to skiing on We headed immediately over to East Mountain to make a few turns. Riding up the lift, there was only 1 set of tracks on all the trails we could see. A few runs later, we headed back of to Tbolt and lapped that via the quad for about 10 runs, varying off to some of the other trails next to it. We continued to see BDK, but he didn't want to ski with us Eventually met up with BDK. He's skiing really well on his nice skis. Turns are looking good We skied Exhibition a few times. Snow conditions were still very smooth, and reasonably grippy. There was a chunky area here or there due to some quick snow making last night, which could have been delayed to preserve the conditions, instead of making them variable. We headed out around 11:20am as I had to get back for work. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, and temperatures had risen to around 33 degrees when we left. The nice thing about JF is it's sheltered from the wind so once you got away from the top, it was a very nice temperature to be skiing. Awesome day at JF!

I like to win, and I feel I have a better chance of winning on FGT's team LOL we'll see....

I wish I would've had my facemask when it was -5 at Stratton w/ a -20 degree windchill.

Blue isn't in Palmerton. Palmerton is at a much lower elevation.

I was antsy this morning, so I left my house at 7:05am and arrived at 7:28am. I took my time booting up, and a few minutes later GSS pulled in, followed by TMT. We were in line at 7:45am. When they scanned us in right at 8am, Doug and I weren't skating fast towards the lift, but all of a sudden, we saw this goober sprinting for the lift, so we put the afterburners on, and had to leave toast one chair back with said goober. Fir run down Challenge, WOW. What a change of conditions over yesterday. The snow was soft and smooth. Could really fly down Challenge ripping big GS turns. We did that a total of 3 times in a row, then checked out Paradise, Lazy, Main Street, and Burma, which were all really nice, Lazy mile being the best probably. Razors Edge was opened around 8:30am, but looked bad so we held off on skiing it. After alternating between Paradise and Lazy, we did another Challenge, but by this time the fog was really starting to set it, brining back horrific memories for me (I broke my leg on a foggy day on Challenge), so I took it mad slow. We then checked out Razors Edge which was at 1/2 width, but still as wide as most Pocono diamonds. It turned out to be GREAT. Nice soft man made which meant you could really arc some nice turns down it. My favorite of the day. All in all, we skied 15 runs, limited by the fog that was starting to set it. Good day, much better then expected, and no crowds what so ever. We were rolling semi deep today: me, gss, toast, bmtroublemaker, alfonso and bmt's friend.

Although I'm no park skier by any means, when I do hit jumps, I like to be booted out, not up.

GSS's longest ski day streak is over 60 days.

Oh snap!

Thanks Papasteeze!
-
Who are you talking about? I was seriously asking those questions.
-
How big is the knuckle of the first jump? Does it boot you up? Does it boot you out? Does Papasteeze like it? How is the run in? Can I drive my C6 over it? Who designed the park? Where does said person live? What is their phone #? Date of birth? Are the rails sticky? How long are the rails? How is the snow?

Shadows got banned, and then swore he'd never come back. Now he's like my best friend lol

I missed the part where continuously calling some a fag homo gay fat bastard was appropriate. TTC6 has never been banned, or even warned for the record.
