  1. You've been racing enough that you need to invest in some tuning supplies. It'll easilly pay for itself in a few weeks, and you'll realize how much better you can do it then any shop can.
  2. w3rd! Free ticket for da Doc. I'd be cool to have an on mtn testing session
  3. vs $17 to ptex 3 core shots, stone grind, race bevels, and wax at the Loft.
  4. Ski, I expressed the same things Trevor did, but in an IM to Nick. If you're going to display your work on here and don't want people to tell you what you did wrong: 1) Make it your best. Why 1/2 ass a job? 2) Be different. Everyone has seen a jib movie with the camera set up behind the jump. Go from different angles, get low on the ground, shadow them as they're going off the jump. Go off the jump with them, go on the rail with them. Static shooting isn't exciting. 3) Good skiing/boarding. That's self explanitory. Some of the stuff should have not been included. Nick, you got to be able to take constructive criticism. Take everything with a grain of salt, as well. Everything everyone said in this thread is true, just don't get so worked up about it.
  5. Who really cares? There, I replied.
  6. h8er! I'll be takin off my steeze to watch toast go skeet skeet off a big dog booter in the park
  7. I agree, the guys there are very good. However, the prices are outragous.
  8. nastyR tomorrow!!!!
  9. First thing in the morning, Employees get the best spots in both lots at Blue. Granted, up top, they have their own lot, but down below, they take up a line of cars closet to the snow, I just get a front row space just 10 more feet away. Ski patrol has their own lot mid mountain, so the only people that park are cafeteria works (only a few in the morning), security (ticket scanners, who are cool), and lifties down below. Get there earlier if you don't like your parking space. I get there at 7:15am, 15 prior to opening, and I'm closer to the snow then where you buy tickets at Camelback
  10. I think he means 15.
  11. It makes Blue look huge? The lifts are nice, allbeit, they're short because of the lack of vertical, but the lift setup is nice, and conditions are usually decent when I'm there (Friday nights usually). In regards to parking, Blue's employees in the lower lot park in the closest spots, but the parking setup at the lower lot spreads out across the lodge, rather then going away, so there is never a far walk, but employees should be able to park wherever they want.
  12. hahahah. You need to change up the angles you shoot from. You might as well have put a tripod up since every angle is the freakin same.
  13. mum, where have you been?
  14. You actually try to get better. You pratice. Doug just skis. Your next goal should be to beat Skidude, then you can come after Ski and I
  15. Blue will always be bigger.
  16. Good points! Helmets are a must.
  17. I know even with a month off, I still have been out a helluva lot more then you
  18. Of course. Who would ski with dull edges
  19. At least you got one thing right.
  20. I go through wax way to quickly. I usually end up waxing 7+ pairs of skis a week, so 900g of wax doesn't last too long. For everday waxings, I use Swix Universal warm/cold because it's cheap.
  21. Rub on, and iron? Is that safe?
  22. be nice toast...you need some butter?
