In the picture, on the left is Razors Edge, which is the race trail. It is about 3300' feet long, drops ~950 vertical feet, has two headwalls, with a nice fast middle section, and is WIDE open, very wide, great for races. Challenge on the right is much narrower, and goes down the fall line more...

If blue closed 3/19 i would have 99 days! I have a free pass to Belleayre, put if the park was open, I'd just do laps on that but if you're going to keep the park open till it melts, why not just keep challenge and razors open until they melt, too?

Short of the over-knee deep powder at Alta, and the two pow days at Blue, it was the best snow I skied all season, hands down, since it actually was truely PACKED POWDER. When I went to arc turns, my skis would start to dissapear (my bindings at least)...not the best for racing, but great snow! I really like racing there, I was disapointed the cheesesteaks were gone in the lodge

Glad everthing went well....We rode the lift with someone who was talking about how they were told it was four runs, and the first didnt count, but it ended up being only two runs, and they were only judged for one run...I guess that's the length issue you were talking about? Looked like a big audience for the slopestyle. doug and I were going to check it out, but we wanted our last run to be razors, and not lazy... team ed's house

Metz stayed at the ski family's (skidude & skimom) house Friday night, to make it an easier to get to 'woody early.

Yea sib, he bought 21 lightly used /some brand new Spyder jackets for the price of what you would pay for one jacket at Nestors, so he hooked me up. skidude has one too Skimom, you better check to make sure everything is still at your house, including all your underwear
