Conditions were much better then expected. I was on Ski999's Atomic 9.16 slalom skis today, which were an absoloute blast. I'm addicted to the turn shape. They're 160cm, but super stable at high speeds, and arc like no other, they were more fun for just ripping it up then my GS:11s. Challenge by far was the best, was really firm (I could lay it hard over on the slalom stix) and have it grip. Razors wasn't too bad either. Only thing, is the skis turn so much, I was really making Doug wait at the bottom cause i'm a turn whore, and make so many turns... I saw that big booter in the sidewinder park, and it was unreal, that thing was HUGGEEE.....

The membership thing doesn't matter, I'm not a member 8-9 registration rings a bell? I remember leaving at 6:30, and I was there pretty early, I even beat Ski999. It was only an hour up there, though I was doubling the limit at times.... I hope to see you guys up there

WOW! Big Mountain is actually crowded, there are people in some of the pictures! Pictures are amazing Sib, now get out there and ski! You're letting alot of eastern skiers KILL you in vert so far...

I just feel so out of place in the park, even though I do enjoy it. I've always been really comfortable in the air, that's never been a problem, I've just never been fond of landing backwards, even on twins (which I do ski on several times a year). Whenever I goto Alta, my friend always gives me Rossi Scratch BC's to use, so sure, I'll do a little 180 off a small ass hit, but I don't dare try that with my atomics, I'll stick those tails into the snow like a hobo on a hotdog (jib would like that one). Someone lend some twins for a day, i'm a 28.5 w/ a 325mm sole length, and I'll keep it mad steezey, you can even borrow my godly skis.

I too love Blue Mountain, I've been there 28 times so far this season...The park was nice today, can't wait till they redo it this week, there is still alot of room for features to be added

as much as I like to cheer him on, he does have several big things going on there...First of all he's a-framing, his hands are dropped, and he's broken at the waist (hunched over, I do it too)....but these are the things that need to be corrected before getting into the gates...
