  1. unfortunatly yes.....he does. And his own brother can't seem to get him out of it
  2. Our lake house is on Lake Ariel (obviously in Lake Ariel, PA) and he's not too far down the road, so i'd say the "town" the ski hill is in is Lake Ariel
  3. 'dude, Ski999 isn't going tomorrow either cause of a schedule change. I was going to pick up those poles, and the tape of me racing (that i accidently taped over the first time)....so I doubt i'm going now either.
  4. and plus snowboarders get a nice deduction of their handicap
  5. in my limited experience of dealing with him about the PASR day, he has been a great help! great job!

    Hey WeSki

no, i wasn't yelling or anything, i just wanted to make sure people realized that. i'm pretty sure however, it will be at BC, just don't want people to make permanant plans before it's official. I'm just waiting for an email

    Hey WeSki

no, it HAS NOT been officialy set. This was ONE of the conditions needed to be achieved in order to hold it there. I am waiting on a reply back from their GM about the other condition
  9. it does catch you by surprise, and from the lift, it looks hella steep...
  10. had to tape the finals on OLN, just watched bits and pieces of it, saw Rahlves and Miller tie the Super-G. That was amazing and great to see, because it helped bode win the super-g globe, and gave rahlves his first win. Great year for the US ski team
  11. where'd you hear that absurd rumor?
  12. oh god, i feel a 5000 sticker order coming up for next year...
  13. I was wondering where you were sib! we missed you! woo! Bode rocks
  14. and chair 38 or 39 i think
  15. good job Brie for getting a picture of that one!
  16. Tut's lane is most likely an intermediate trail because that's what it services You CAN get to Burma from Tut's, but still, every other trail is a blue or a black. The garbage problem will disspear next year I bet, with the addition of th new trail (blue needs to have a trash collection thing, as camelback does). And they have some good food at that stand thingy i've suggested that plenty of times i've heard this too, however, i think for next year, we'll only be seeing new trails. Perhaps in 2 years. you're absoloutly right about the rating system. And yea, they own 1/2-3/4 miles east of the most eastern part of paradise, so they've got a good chunk for expansion. Depends on how well they do this year, will dictate how much they do for next year..
  17. what chair number? I've stuck them on a few chairs, there is one in the 70's i think w/ a sticker on from gurp/insomniac...
  18. this weekend should mark the beginning of the general slow down of all mountains in PA. I suspect whatever mountain you goto this weekend will have a lighter crowd then normal

    133.66

but that means we wouldn't see the dude anymore on the other hand, that means the dude is doing really well.
  20. definatly, and that's why i love Elk. Best mountain around.
  21. we could set up some gates, it'd be great
  22. get the lift turned on, and we'll have a "By invitation only" PASR day @ the hideout hill in July
  23. Atomic bindings pWnz joo! I don't know what I'd do without Varizone. I find myself constantly moving my bindings, from the backwards position to make big arcs, to forward, to make some incredibly fast, almost slalom like turns. I love atomic bindings, and when i get new skis for next year, i will stick to the Race 614's, and not get those Neox POS.
