  2. didn't they have it last year? Or did they cut it out for this year?
  3. with this weather, and a high of almost 60 new years...i'll probably be golfing
  4. I'd just like to add, on two of blue's rails in the sidewinder TP, they were NOT ride on
  5. As long as you can get me that comp ticket, I'm in....
  6. It looks like, at the moment, the trail will have alot of turn, which would not be good for a race course, unless the trail is cut w/ its turns in a perfect GS course...that could be dangorous though. They will really need to learn alot of stuff out to make another razors edge like trail. But its great to hear. I'd love to see NASTAR at blue

    P-tex burning?

you can just light the ptex on fire, as you did, and drip it in. Not the best way to do it, but for quick repairs, you can.
  8. they almost have the whole mountain open, and its a holiday week, so yea, they're gunna charge full price.
  9. You aren't getting mine. Blue is a great mountain, don't try to cheat them of money, you could do it at camelback though, because they don't use any electronic means of checking tickets/passes

  11. yea, you're the one that pointed it out to me, I finally had the energy to post it.
  12. i think it was $16 because it was reduced, early season pricing

    FIRE!

that skidude is such a putz
  14. Look on their conditions page, there is no park symbol by Rhododendron Glen
  15. when will we see little trails such as connector, Xing, come around, and the chute open?
  16. $18 for a sunday night. Thats unheard of now-a-days
  17. It had ALOT of loose snow, probably becaused they groomed the crap out of it before they opened it, and that broke up all the chunks of ice up, but it was nice snow, nonetheless
  18. yea, it was a little skied off around 1, but Paradise was so nice, greg was there last night w/ his girlfriend, and he thought it was nice... but anyway, it was really cold this morning, but conditions were great...my favorite trail, switchback opened, and I had it all to myself (honestly, nobody else was going down it)
  19. hes right, after tomorrow, i'm gunna bet there will be 26 or 27 trails open, with challenge and razors edge left. And yes, they have blown on, or blowing on, every single trail, so it'll be a 100% after this warm spell hopefully
  20. yea, but they scan it, so it's not like they won't know. Last year they were relaxed, and just waved you through if you had a season pass, but they won't let you go this year unless it beeps, which means its good
  21. Well sidewinder has tons of snow, and will be opening tuesday, so we shall see
  22. hmm, i'm debating tomorrow morning, we'll see
  23. yea, i know, but they're way ahead of last year, even though last year, they opened a week earlier, but who can forget the horrid 60 degree weather we had right around christmas/new years, but it did go into uber frigid temps right after that. I'm hoping they get razors open before the warm up. Then they'll have all trails, but challenge open...pretty much Skifreak, who often are you at blue, we should meet up sometime
  24. The snowmaking at blue is amazing. Sidewinder, with only like 2 or 3 days of snowmaking, has piles of snow 20 feet high or so I'd say. They are gunna start building the park tonight, and it'll open tuesday. They have plenty of snow on upper and lower switchback to open, connector will open. razors edge needs a few more nights of snowmaking because of its pitch and width, but by tuesday they'll easilly have 23+ trails
  25. i bet skidude is having a merry christmas
