  1. well sidewinder will be opening shortly, so you can either be happy, or complain about that park, too
  2. dam, that kid is getting good. speaking of getting good, i'm ready to take YOU on at Blue.
  3. Regardless of what people think DaveyJ is a really cool guy. It wouldn't surprise me that he did email you. But that is nice to hear from them, and to know what we make a difference
  4. wait...did bearcreek just open?
  5. well the upcomming weather does not look too promising
  6. the stone gets inserted into the guide, you set the guide to the degree bevel you want, and start sharpening....

    Rain

you mean sunday, they're closed saturday, only camelback is heartless enough to be open, i may be at camelback on saturday, however

    Rain

yea, though this rapid freezing will ensure no more snow is lost...at least ice = more base (when you groom it)....so we'll see, i'll be out tomorrow
  9. wow, thats gotta really suck to race in. Snow condition, visibility, the RAIN, just a bad day to race.
  10. racing straight down, isn't racing, racing is when you go around gates
  11. main street last night was amazing. Down the right side at the top, and the left side at the bottom, there was soo much loose snow, it was orgasmic!

    hmmmm

hope you had fun, I'm guessing Montage either waited longer, or just doesn't have the firepower to open earlier?
  13. read about it here: http://www.paskiandride.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=974
  14. they got Burma open, which takes care of alot of beginners, paradise will be open by sunday...as will the bunny slopes, so that brings the trailcoat up at least 18, they had a decent amount of snow, surprisingly on sidewinder, after only one night. They need to start blowing on razors edge, that HAS to be next in priority after sidewinder park
  15. how were the new stix, like them alot?
  16. yea, im surprised that they're blowing on sidewinder...but they are very aggressive this year, i love it!
  17. omg thats too funny. I guess she doesn't trust you, but i should stop typing, cause you're probably getting ready to go pick her up from school right as your wife drops her off.
  18. pics? Thats awesome though....good work
  19. 2 would be WAY to aggressive for someone who rides in the park. Talk about catching an edge when you land. But yea, there are some good edge tools (www.reliableracing.com) out there
  20. yea, trying to do it by freehand, might just make it worse.
  21. hey, what were you wearing? btw, they do have thier act together, they have real trails open, unlike Camelback. The terrain park is 1 trail, buddy.
  22. its gunna be 14 or 15 if you count the ones that are open now, and the ones they are blowing on, and they're all mostly greens, 1 diamond...haha, i won't mentioned how blacks/double blacks blue will have open after tomororw
  23. i agree, i would like to see some kind of enforcement. But i mean its the big things that i hate, but once in a great while i might loose grip of one of my poles, and they either have to slow it down for 2 seconds, or else the liftie can grab it in time for someone behind me, that stuff I can see happening, but being knocked off the lift? I have NEVER had that happen to me. Just get to the end of the runway quick enough, and it shouldn't be a problem.
  24. well kmar hinted at it, but its obvious they are adding a new trail, and i'm hoping they move the terrain park from sidewinder to the new trail
  25. nice, it's great to see mountains expanding
