I've never really seen cb's skiteam practicing, but at blue they sometimes close razors edge for hours on end for the bigger kids to practice, while someimtes raceway is closed for smaller kids. ive had bad experiecnes with younger racers, as i have hit one at blue, but o well. i dont mind trai closings, but when they go down trails in herds and take up all the good snow, its annoying

Powder was too heavy, not like that stuff last time that your skis just slid right through, and the moguls were so soft you could plow right through them, this stuff was heavier, the stuff that grips your skis and throws you around but overall, it was pretty good, im getting alot better in the bumps, as skiing down Challenge forced me too Did the BIG bumps on barney's and they were alot easier after my practice

You sure about PennStar being based in Nazerth? I thought it was in a hanger at ABE. What I do know is that they HAVE to be airborn within 5, or maybe 10 minutes of the call, as required by the hospital. PennStar can get to CB from Bethlehem in under 15 (maybe it was 9?) minutes i remember them telling us. I know a guy that is a paramedic on PennStar

right forum, but yea, blue has an awesome webcam, even though there isnt any sound, it NEVER buffers, and its always clear

Does camelback have a landing pad like Blue does? Blue has that nice fenced off pad with the big H on it, pretty cool, yea, the MedEvac (the proper name) flys in there often

Skidude, I was hanging with a guy his late 50's on Sunday. Met him on the lift. He was funny, with a pissed off attitude about a Montage Ranger. We took a couple of runs down the north face and he was a really good skier. But what do you talk about with some guy that's almost 60? He complained about being stiff and his bum knee. Well, then he headed over to NASTAR, stripped off his coat and ski pants and was wearing a race suit. Okay, Gramps, I'm thinking. Then he jumped out of the wand and smoked the course, beating the f*ing pacesetter, who is a Montage Ski Team coach. This is his NASTAR Registration ID: WAD97 You know, a certain calm came over me watching that old timer. I suddenly realized that when my wife and dog are dead and my daughters have long since disowned me, I still might be able to ski a 13 handicap. That would sure bring me inner peace. Being old doesn't have to suck. haha thats awesome, more power to ya guys! lol my dads turning 50 this week

Actually, if your comming from the south. Get off at airport road on 22. Take airport road north, and keep on going and going and going. Youll then hit 946 i BELIEVE, but whatever road you hit, take a left (itll be on an angle) and just keep on going and going and going, make a right in blue mt drive and itll take you to the mt. once you get off of 22 the trip is approx 20-25 minutes

Camelback is a corporation. plain and simple, investors WANT to make money off their investment, they could give a crap about the people that are making them money. Blue's owners arent a corporation, they're skiiers at heart, they know our feeling....hence them opening earlier, faster, and closing later......
