I'll be there

I ran a race at 9am this morning so my arrival was very delayed. I pulled in just after 12:30pm. Some PASRs were still around. I got to show everyone how JohnnyLaw’s ski condom works on his new fancy pants BMW. After a beer I went out to surprisingly good conditions. Snow was every so slightly softening up. Was that very dense/wet cream cheesy stuff on top. The bumps on midway were actually enjoyable and lower main wasn’t nearly as bad as I had expected. Easily edgeable. Lines were nonexistent at the Main Street chair from 1:30 to 3pm when I left. Skied a run off the Vista chair with NSJay and his 5 year old. Way better then yesterday.

Saturday for opening. Sunday I'll be up after my race for a couple of runs. You'll probably still be in the lot when I finally get there 😂

or that they're going to start blowing snow tomorrow night....

I'd love a Vista opening if they opened before BB. Show Vail who's boss.

According to Jim D a pipe burst and there was some serious water damage in the True Blue shop. When I went up 2 weeks ago it was a hard hat zone. Very confusing as to where to drop stuff off.

I have more then 3 beers and I feel like shit in the morning. Bottle of wine? I feel refreshed.

I leave my AC/heat pump on heat/cool all year round. Cool at 72, heat at 68. I like a tightly controlled environment. I'm sure the heat will come on tonight 😀 I don't understand you people who like to suffer in the effort to save a few dollars.

If you get annoyed by people using their vacation time you should rethink staff levels so a single person taking a random day off doesn't impact operations. They've earned their vacation and they should be able to use it as they please. Granted, I don't manage non-exempt service level positions, but the employer should always encourage vacation time. It's good for moral and a happy employee is a good employee. I'd take off to play with my new tractor.

I've been involved in a project with that developer. He does decent work...also...he owns Montage. Funny that he's investing in the competition.
