Saw this on instagram earlier...apparently JFBB has been handing out these cards with ticket purchases? It explains why someone on here had to pay $3 (or whatever it was) on top of the their voucher. I don't think it's right for JFBB to be airing their dirty laundry and making it their customer's problem.

After an awesome perfect trip in terms of travel, we had a slight delay out of ORD because of an antenna issue and ended up departing about 20 minutes late. Near Slippery Rock, PA the cabin altitude started to climb indicating a pressurization issue. We descended at ~4000ft/min down to 10,000 ft. Some worried passengers, but all I cared about was that we didn't divert 😂

Now that Toast and I have used our IKON passes....it's better than having to go to the window even once. Most IKON resorts are direct to lift with your pass. Blue had more new snow then Alta, sure. Did Alta have more snow? Sure. We met up with Ryan at Alta today for some turns. He gave us a rowdy tour of the place. We sidestepped/traversed all the way out to Eddie’s High Nowhere/East Greeley bowl which had variable conditions at the bottom. We also skied Spiney Chutes in Catherine’s which was heavy, but soft snow. Towards the end of our day, we saw someone skiing down East Baldy with no other tracks to be seen. Up the mountain we went. 15 minutes later we made some great turns through a chute that lead to some glorious wind buffed pow. Ryan and I look the same in photos. I have the brighter blue pants.

Skied a nice little chute that required some careful maneuvering...here is @toast21602 below said chute.

The 'Bird is a pretty cool place. Whoever described it as a Mini-Jackson was dead on. The chutes through the rocks, the steeps, then wide open terrain. I would love to ski there on a pow day to rip some of the huge faces they have. Snow was still soft and very chalky everywhere except Mineral Basin which was starting to get a bit too much sun. I thoroughly enjoyed the 'bird and would go back. So much terrain to explore.

The groomer skiing today at Deer Valley was superb. I did, in fact, "ski the difference". DV is no JH, and a lot of the terrain is in the dark first thing in the AM. By about 11:30 or so it was very sunny and could really let them run. We skied from 9 to 1 exploring the mountain from left to right. DV has sooooo many freakin lifts. I believe we counted 14 different lifts ridden today. Conditions were insanely good, beyond grippy. The first couple runs I had to readjust my skiing to avoid over hooking the ski. Dan grabbed a baked potatoe at the base while we did a couple more runs. We then rode the funicular to the St. Regis for a couple of cocktails and some food.

I was up at the asscrack of 5am wide awake for a day of skiing. I believe we've selected Deer Valley. Will be a nice drive in our obnoxiously large Toyota Sequoia land yacht. It's a 2018 and doesn't even have heated seats. Must have the poverty package.
