  1. maybe he meant handscan...? hopefully keeping your pass in one of those clear plastic pass holders in your jacket will do the trick. having to pull it out all the time is going to cause more problems than it'll solve.

You can get some good anti-depressants from your regular family doctor. Better living through chemistry. Look into Wellbutrin. It's only side effect is possible weight loss, and you don't have any weight to lose. My wife is a psychologist - maybe I can have her give you a call or something.
  3. I went up Wednesday to pick up my season pass. I saw her in the window, and she just grunted at me. Then the red-haired lady helped me out, and she was totally cool. Really nice and invited me to look around all the new stuff. As for my pic on the pass, it's beyond terrible. It looks like someone drew it with a shotgun.

have you ever been diagnosed with dyslexia?
  5. welp, they should've given you the option at least. I'm running up today to grab my pass and snoop around the new construction.
  6. They still need you in person to sign the annual "I Will Not Sue Blue Mountain Under Any Circumstances" form, so mailing them might cause even more confusion.
  7. Just saw this article on ESPN about RFID passes at ski resorts: http://sports.espn.go.com/action/news/story?id=5810585
  8. Some criminal put one in the bathroom in the Bridger Center in Jackson Hole. Arrest that man!
  9. well, because they're current. if you live in 1983.
  10. yeah, you try skiing on lava. it's not easy, my friend.
  11. it's going to be unbelievably funny when the first person get the red light trying to go through the scanner. BZZZT! pointing and laughing heartbreak
  12. They're soooo nice. The SL I had was the quickest thing edge-to-edge I'd ever been on. Totally solid, prefect flex, great edge hold. But I think it might've weighed 450 lbs. I ordered them direct, and the product manager/promotions dude/head muckety-muck called me twice just to shoot the shit and talk about the new features of the boards and stuff. Then he sent me a box of swag - hat, shirt, die-cuts, etc. That means a lot, especially when a lot of companies are like "Buy our shit and leave us the hell alone". Totally cool guy and company. NS dude (Vince) said this year's mission was to get the weights down. My SL is MUCH lighter than the one I had - definitely lighter than the Rome I was on, too. I wanted to get the Evo as a jib board, but spending that much on something I'm just going to kick the shit out of seems silly. I sold a ton of stuff at the Buckman's sale, so I'll get a cheap Rome or Forum or something with my credit. You are going to LOVE those Unions. Work great and are indestructible.
  13. give 'em some time. they'll be deleted soon enough.
  14. Here's my list of new stuff for the season: Never Summer SL 161 Never Summer Premier F-1 163 Bern Watts Hard Hat Burton ak pants Really stoked to get back on Never Summer boards. I had one years ago, and it was the best thing I ever rode, despite being a little heavy.
  15. snow conditions look pretty nice. that liftline, however, looks like dogshit.
  16. Blue's lights are more of a pus/jaundice/smoker's fingernails color. Probably because they are the same lens covers from 1978.
  17. I called a few weeks ago, and they said they'd be ready for pictures around the middle of November. there should be an email blast/note on the website when they are ready.
  18. a woman? at your home? are you sure they have the right address?
