I was up yesterday also, and I too have to say, the park has gone to shit. This is coming from a former park employee... I would love to discuss all the problems with the park, but I am not the one to argue. All I want to say is, next year higher someone who actually knows what their doing in the park if you want that small percentage of people who ride park to keep coming back to the mountain.

Tomorrow looks nice, I shall be riding tomorrow around 10-11. I'm pumped for upper sidewinder to open, although I'll be in Philly for the Holiday weekend so not sure if I'll be up over the weekend. Monday morning seems like there won't be any crowds so I can really cruise the park then without having to deal with gaypers.

It's weird you said that. I actually skied there today and spotted him. Weird, but ya he's still alive and ripping...

Today was so packed! I had to ski around a the outer edge of the lower park just to get to the vip line which was usually a good wait. I got up there today around 11 took 4 runs, said F this and took a 5 minute break to call some friends and see where they were riding today. I decided try to get a few more runs in, waited about 40 minutes in line and then the lift shut down for a good while. I then proceeded out of the line while the six pack was still down and left. Today was just extra crowded, and I don't expect tomorrow to be any different....

I think I still have a few old ones lying around. Maybe their will be one posted up high on the concrete jib at Blue someday

Their a great idea for pow, park or racing skis. You can switch between widths and stiffnesses. I would never mount a park binding on a pow ski tho. I'll stick with the original drilling tho, unless I want a rail specific ski, versus an all mountain ski.

Today was a blast, got some new tricks in. Stoked for tomorrow. Should be up between 9-10. And the chick See you all tomorrow.

The park was super fun for opening day. Really diggin my new skis, had brand new sharp edged and didn't catch once on a rail. Fun time!

Who's the park manager this year?

Haha ya I'm not a morning person, but this year I'll have my car in the city so I should be riding whenever I could.

"More cushin for the pushin " haha, but no I like huge jackets and they didn't have the pants in a L so I went XL. Couldn't beat the price...

Just coped an XXL Oakley Jacket, XL Sessions pants, and surface poles. Going all black with the outwear this year. Now to get my skis mounted up, and pick up my blue pass tomorrow.

Finally got around to purchasing my pass.

Just ordered my season pass to Blue, along with 181 Armada Ar7's with PX15's.

Still didn't get my pass yet, but will most likely end up at Blue again this year.

You could never go wrong with oakley

When I made my switch from snowboarding to skiing about 5 years ago. I focused more on getting comfortable with the fundamental of skiing before I went to the park. It took about a week or two of straight skiing everyday. I finally then grew confidence to enter the park and went at jumps and rails from there. You shouldn't have a problem with the switch at all.

Does Camelback still have that 1 free pass thing when you show them your seasons pass from any other mountain or something like that?
