Hopefully, someone figures out you can't get high off hemp bio-diesel.

Real estate was a big part of both ASC and Intrawest's demise, no?

I'm surprised the JF/BB crew didn't pick up on this, but nonetheless here it is. http://www.saminfo.c...le.php?tid=5023 Here's the SEC filing: http://www.sec.gov/A...7/c63465sv1.htm Some quotes There's some really interesting accounting data in the SEC filing, that maybe someone can better decipher, but if I'm reading the top of page 17 correctly, JF/BB have consistently done well over 11Mil in revenue for the past 3 years.

Get a Stowe points card. You too GSS.

The new 6-pack at Hunter is one of the most comfortable lifts I've ever ridden. It's huge compared to Blue's.
-
I'm going to a wedding there in June.
-
I'd done. Every place in the Catskills closed up yesterday. Closest options are Killington, Okemo, or Whiteface all about 5 hours away.
-
Yes it makes sense. Set the ski trip precedent in your relationship right away and if she gives you crap about it, just go anyway with out her. Just don't do anything stupid on the 1st trip (injury, arrest, blow up the car) and you'll be golden forever. Separate mini-vacations are good thing.

Nestor's to Close; Where do I go to get boots fitted??
RootDKJ replied to JollyJake99's topic in Camelback
Henio's has a really good reputation. I know a few people who have gotten their boot fitting done there and they are pretty happy with the results. I checked them out late in the season last year and while thorough in the boot fitting, their offerings were slim due to the time of year.. D&Q in South Jersey is also susposed to be decent but I don't have other feedback on them. -
I'm not real motivated to do Hunter again, but if it's my only option I'll do it. Everything there is a hard left turn and then straight except for Belt which is a soft right turn and straight.

If Belleayre, Plattekill or Hunter is open on 4/16 I might get one more day in if there's sun in the forecast.
-
I really hope so. The 16th is my only opportunity for another day. If not Camelback, hopefully Belleayre or Hunter. I think it's awesome that Camelback is embracing spring skiing into the 2nd weekend in April.

Wish I could be there...love spring days like today.
-
Slept till 8:30 this morning. Shooting for at least 9 tomorrow.
-
No. Make him throw in a 6-pack...of your choice.

I was a big predator fan. Really nice functional gear.
-
I see what you did there.

Even though the radar looks like Cb is getting some snow, I decided to pass on today.
-
The lift ride at Cb is about two minutes, and at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, I'd expect to be able to ski right on the lift for at least an hour. It takes 30 seconds or less to get from the top of Cb back to the lift. Easy.

It's started sleeting here in NJ

Only Blue has the VIP line. CB has the 30 minute "first tracks" for pass holders, which arguably is at least 10-12 runs.

ha! good one. Camelback tomorrow?

Date(s) Skied: March 27, 2011 Resort or Ski Area: Hunter Mountain Conditions: Firm and sunny Trip Report: Here's some pics of Hunter from Sunday. Met up with Justo and Rose and had a great day in the sun skiing with them. Hunter is a fun mountain, especially in the spring. Lift lines were manageable and the snow was pretty nice. There were some random rocks sticking out of the surface you gotta watch out for though. Justo Rose and Justo Justo in the bumps Inside the top lodge is pretty interesting. Feels like a missle silo. I think somebody wrecked pretty hard off this side booter earlier. There were ski patrol measuring it and taking pics.
