Geez, I just drove around the corner and took my ski boots off. It was super warm that day, I think I drove home in flip-flops.

I sometimes do that and ask if anyone wants to play "bar-chicken" going into the terminal just to see the look of horror on their faces. Good times.

Did you demo the 17/18 Monster? They softened the tip ~10% over the 16/17 flavor. I also don't like this years graphics.

While on the lift, the dude next to me noticed we both have the same boots. He chats me up and goes on to tell me that my fat Mantras are slowing me down, and his "other" skis which are Volkl RTM 84's are the best ski to pair with my boots. My first response was "you're fucking with me right" and he looked bewildered so I said "Salty??" and he didn't reply. More confused then ever was the look on his face when I told him that I believe the RTM to be too intermediate of a ski for me, and I'd find it way too soft.

I thought today sucked compared to the nice chalky snow of yesterday. Lazy Mile is mid-sized death cookies. Razors has a big "Ungroomed Terrain" sign, but it's groomed... into a death cookie hell... I don't know how Blue can screw up so much in 24 hours with perfect weather. #newgroomer Sidewinder was my ROTD and is replacing Lazy Mile as my favorite run at Blue.

Agreed. A lot of us use Hestra gloves, but they aren’t warm enough for everyone. 🙄
