Being the only ski area open to the public in NJ does not make it the best.

They must be pushing snow around because they are re-opening South on Saturday.

That's the real lesson learned here. Blue is a well organized efficiently run operation compared against MC. Hell at one point I was even missing Blue's Gapers as MC's Gapers are far worse.

The triple was running but that line was just as bad. I did two runs, had two beers. Saw the line die down and did 4 more runs. Both Granite and South Peak lifts were closed. MC says the 24-30" they got wasn't enough snow to re-open those lifts. Wtf. Strike 3

Mountain Creek didn't open today either. They are opening tomorrow at noon and are leaving their steeper runs ungroomed. Gonna be some mad brick at da creek.
