I'm really itching to ski Friday. Please let there be snow
-
it snowed from 3 until I left at 6. Conditions kept getting better

Was pretty good. Started to get real nice around 4:30.

Shit on my to be replaced list. Skis: Nordica Jet Fuel - Love this ski, wish it was longer. I think I smell Bacon, however I'm open to suggestions/deals. Jacket: Too big, not happy with pocket layout. Pants: Same a jacket, plus there's a rip in the crotch on the inside. Helmet: Want better audio intergration

I'll hit you up with my status and ETA tomorrow when I wake up. Who better to ski your return at Blue with than yours truly, hahahahaha.
-
I've got an overnight tonight, so I'll be heading to Blue tomorrow when I wake up. Shooting to get there by 1pm-ish if anyone is going to be around.

$10 Tuesdays.

Congrats. πΏππ»

I like them both a lot. I find Stratton more challenging, and I just like it there for some reason. Mount Snow has some of the widest trails. Easy ripping. When the line for the bubble six pack is long, go check out the quad.

They are not? I really have no perspective.

Eh, you might get me drinking in the parking lot by noon. Depends on the crowds.

Anyone skiing tomorrow for opening?

Weekend 4 hour tickets are back..starting Saturday.

Hell yes. KC, is Sno ready for PASR? -
Party bus from PA would be a lot of fun. Staying in a hotel for a long weekend is also appealing to hit up some other areas. I'm game either way.

I'd bring the smoker if everyone wants to chip in on supplies (ribs, charcoal, and beer mostly).
-
Link, too lazy to search?
-
I can bring them tomorrow.

I looked up the melt temps of the wax I'm using and use a Fluke infrared thermometer to calibrate the iron to the needed temp.

^ save me some cake!

67mm K2 Crossfires in a 170? Again, I'd like to do this, but I won't have my class schedule until 1/15.
-
This is a skill set I'd like to improve on, but the times interfere with my AA meetings in the parking lot.

I owe PASR a trip report from Windham before Christmas. Pouring rain the whole drive up turned a normally 2 hour drive into a 3 hour drive. It was still pouring when I arrived, so decided to have a quick safety check and 30 minutes later the rain let up enough. I got on the lift around 11:30. Windham got around two inches of snow before it changed over to rain that night. It snowed on and off all day, sometimes raining at the base, but overall im so glad i went. Run of the day was Upper/Lower Wolverine, but Whistler had nice snow on it too, just more people. Skied until 2:30. 10K vertical.
