smoke is closed for the race this weekend...i believe

the restaurants at the bottom of the mtn are Longhorn steakhouse (Really REALLY Good!) and kildare's irish pub. both get really crowded so go early or late...but Longhorn is really good!

i was skiing on thursday of last week and the liftie at pheobe snow didn't even bother to get out of the shack. and really the website is awful. maybe they are just trying to be different...but that's deff not the way to do it.

are u serious? he couldn't figure out how to get the DVD player to work...that's really, really funny! it's fun to be technology oriented

I think i'm gonna talk to the IT dept at the mtn and try to get them to support something other than real player...who even uses real player??

in regards to the trees: "ski good or eat wood!" And yeah, the skiing was excellent last weekend.

Is there any snowmaking going on up at Sno? I don't see any snowmaking symbols and it seems like it's cold enough. and, pizza wedge, come on !!

Any plans in the future for a webcam? That'd be really really cool! One of those that you can control the camera from the web would be amazing. just a thought

Even though it makes reading the map a little annoying, I think it makes it easier for people (ex. me trying to find my friends that have skied there only once or twice before) to locate each other. And I agree with dwy33. I think it's nice for kids learning to ski to be able to say where they skied. It also nice for kids to be able to tell their friends "i skied on baby moose" or wherever rather than "The Beginner Area". cannonball could be a double square...except for that HUGE headwall. And i just noticed, Smoke is now a single Diamond...That might be a little deceiving to first time Sno skiers. I do like the new map...i think it's much easier to read.

If i had to guess, i'd say that it is...the name of the trail or cut out or whatever you want to call it is called zip.
