  1. They will be competitive with other hills, BTW, they were making snow in the tubing park this AM for the railjam. The emphasis is on customer service, adding more profit centers, like the Bistro (which was pretty dead this weekend, and blaring the PA system with an announcement "to try the Bistro, because its never busy", is dumb), and trying to get the new 5th floor club facility off the ground with its indoor water park. Fireside Pub downstairs is more of a sport/game/cigar bar now, so they're trying to up the check sales and change things up a bit. Rumor has it Great Wolf is a partner in the new water park, they had combined their advertisment this year, cross promoting each other. The new facility prolly won't start breaking ground until they get 20-30% of the units sold, and again, that is rumor and speculation. No rumors about park upgrades, but I'd keep an eye on their website, the marketing is tight and they announce upgrades and improvements.
  2. I like the last one, she looks like she nailed the pond perfectly, nice capture of the water spraying off the board......... and tasteful shots all around
  3. Saw at least 7-8 Blue employees in their blue spyder jackets skiin at CB today. Funny story is, some of em thought they were gonna get a free CB ticket with their Blue season pass, but had to pay $20 because as employees they get a free season pass at blue. Pretty lame thinking it was free, lol.
  4. Fun shots. Days like that are a blast. If bikini girl pond-skimmed, we need to see the cold water aftershot..........
  5. No idea, I don't park except on rare occasion. Someone commented on the CB parks on the other CB 3/29 thread.

    check it

Golf claps for posting video! nice moves.
  7. I bet you could offer them less, even $25 for a beatup rental board seems high. They only made 20 times the cost of the board renting it out.
  8. Chondola? I thought she was a contestant on The Flavor of Love.........
  9. Phillycore moves at the speed of light, I gotta avoid eating the corn shooting off his tails (Man, that sounds soooooooo bad) this time, never tried Duff, will be going with PBR.
  10. I had the same problem. I called them, print out the receipt with the ID number on it, bring picture ID and go to the Welcome center for a pass, or ticket window #1, internet sales, Kelly will give you a pass as well. My buddy Fred is skiin too.
  11. We'll be there by 8AM, pickin Fred up at 6AM. Psyche!!!!!!!!
  12. Must be melt dripping on the lens, then. no rain is good. Looks like a high pressure system is moving in and things will get colder this weekend/
  13. There's an online deal for 19.95 for a weekend day pass at CB? Found it
  14. Jam, as in marmalade, Grasshopper. You'll catch on. As far as the other "rails" you haven't done, they have 12 step programs for that.........
  15. Only one rail is recommended for railjam.............railberries
  16. Looks like Saturday (unless its pouring rain) is CB day for me. Even got my ski bud rolling up there with me. I think we're doin crimes and goin totally ghetto. Park in Handicapper spot for clutch VIP parking, bring a case of PBR pounders and brownbag lunches for the deck, flasks filled with shots of undetermined booze, and then just try to sneak on the lift til Wayne busts our asses. Might even try to use an old season pass. What's the holder strap color for this year? Alternatively, calls are going out to a few patroller buds that might have comp tix they'll scalp for a few sheckles. Stokeage..........
  17. Looks like they are getting hit by rain today per the webcam.

Did they dodge any rain last nite?
  20. If I wanted to buy a place in the poconos I would have done that already. As far as all the "ground rules", collecting money, etc., knock yourself out, not my cup of tea. I agree in principle, cuz I used to do that with a shore house for a few years, but that was 25 years ago.
  21. My grandparents lived in Tom's River, off of Bay Avenue along the lagoons. I used to hit the Wine Cellar as well, Saw Mill for cheap beer, and I'd have to strain my Brain to recall the names of some other drinking holes. Still have a coupla Grog's Surf shop Tees, but are super beat up. Just the way I like em. Kohr's gave us free apartments to live in above the custard stands, so I'd go to grandma's to do laundry and yardwork and get a real meal occasionally. Fun times, foggy memories.
  22. Gee, Toast, I don't recall you being that old, heavy and with a grey beard........
  23. Seaside rocks, spent a few summers there working at Kohr's Custard stand and B/Ting at Baby-O's........Oh, Myyyyyyyy!!!!!!!
