Well, just seeing all that new grass planted there, first instinct was to think that they widened the pipe. When i hiked up there, i thought those guns looked new-they weren't familiar. Anyway, i think it's good that blue is making so much commitment to their parks/pipe. The pipe should be good this year- no doubt in my mind.

I have no trouble getting it - i just order from tognar. Surfboard resin, from a surf shop haha, right over my head.

Yeah, haha. Well shit, i don't surf, and i've probably never been to a surf shop- so how would i know? Yeah, it's obvious, but i was thinking like, an online store. Like a tognar for surfboards. Think about this- where, around here, have you seen a shop selling ptex?.........i know i haven't seen it. haha

I never said superpipe. i said "maybe close to a super pipe." What i meant was- bigger than the one they currently have. Also, i'm convinced that they widened their pipe. Check these pics out. They look pretty convincing for me, but then again, i don't work there. Also, i was at blue yesterday, and there is a shit-load of snow up on sidewinder- it's amazing. having trouble. gimme a minute pic 1 pic 2

Surfboard resin? Where do you get that?
-
Talking to a ski instructor last sunday, he said something about a new pipe, maybe close to a super pipe, maybe on the top of sidewinder. Has anyone heard of this? I know forumdestroyer154 posted something about this on SB.com (Sb.com totally blows now).

I had the same problem. If it's a new board, try calling the maunfacturer. If not, then just get some quick set epoxy, fill it in, level it with a scraper, and let it cure. Oh yeah, and you might want to rough up the area with some sandpaper for best bonding. after you do that, if you care about aesthetics, shape it down with some sandpaper, and paint it/color it so it blends in.

I had some trouble with the loft. I wouldn't really call it trouble, though. I ordered my helmet, along with a goggle lens , and it didn't come in until a month and a half later. My one friend told me that they are usually way off on their times, so i was ready for it. It really didn't bother me that much. Nestors is OK. I've bought stuff there, and i can't really complain. I just don't like the new whitehall store. It's so boring!. I like how it used to be, all cozy and stuff- like the water fountiain with tons of stickers. Army navy is alright- they always seem to have more wax and tools than anyone else, but i've never bought anything there. I did try to order some palmer PLS plates- they said they'd call me when they came in, but never did. (they thought they were getting in the model i wanted, but i guess they weren't.) Pelican is cool too. I bought my binders there and the people were really cool. I do a lot of my business through online stuff, or catalogs- the house is awesome. They almost always have what i want, and they give you free stuff if you spend so much! ( ex- dvds and vids )

awesome night... sketchiness at Sheetz...
Stevo replied to Metz the Jersey boy's topic in Blue Mountain
I had a hot dog there friday! i thought it tasted funny. And yes, you just started a WAWA vs Sheetz thread. There's actually a wawa like, 15 minutes away from sheetz, the one on schoenersville rd, probably not on the way. There's also one in Easton, and there's another one being put up on schoenersville, down past westgate mall, near bethelehem. Oh yeah, and there's one on Tilghman street. Oh yeah, and there's one on Washington street in Easton. -
To you, it's a waste to go there, but to others, that extra 1/2 hour (i don't drive, but i don't think it's that short, correct me if i'm wrong) could add a lot to their trip. Maybe some people see that extra half hour as an extra hour, total, just don't want to drive that much. What if you just want to go and get in a few laps on a week night? What if you just plain like bear better? Compared to the local parks (not including mountain creek), Bear's park is pretty nice. You never said bear's park sucks, but if you're so against it, say why. I'd love to know, and I'm sure everyone else would too. I'm not sure why you're trying to compare two unlike things. They both have their advantages and disadvantages, which are different for different people. mojoskier started this topic to get people's opinion on Bear's park, not how it rates compared to mountian creek. Pasucks, how old are you? Do you have a job? Are you a dropout, or just skipping school? What? A lot of people can't ride midweek, because they have other priorities. The weekend is when they ride, it's when they can. For bear creek's size, their park is nice. They dream of building a park like mc's, sure, but they're making the best with what they have (vertical, acerage), and i don't know why you'd put them down for that. Have you ever ridden there? Did you honestly hate the parks? Maybe you did- that's your opinion. No one said you have to go there. No one on this board is dissing MC. I don't understand why you always get so defensive whenever someone talks about their park. You're kinda like a salesman. (are you a salesman?) I kinda forgot what this topic was about. I've never been to Bear's park, but from what i've seen in pics, and what i've heard, i wouldn't mind going there, at all. Their parks are nicer than I'm used to, along with many others. Maybe i will go this winter.

Yeah, there's no way to tip that over. If there is, then i haven't found it yet.
-
I finished my rail, go check it out My webshots rail album

That sucks. You should keep the board, and maybe around christmas he'll decide to be nice again.
-
Why are you selling it?
-
That must suck when you eat shit and your face hits the snow. Reminds me of the time i got my mouth washed out with snow.
-
Yeah, how the hell would you tune your edges? I can see doing the base edge, but what about the side edge? Yeah, just like the thing with the baltimore toe strap and the capstrap. I heard somewhere that they both came up with the idea at the same time, and agreed to share the patent- You know that burton put out some money for that. I think it was technine's idea. What about the skiers- Is lib going to start making skis or something with the magne traction?

I'd have to reccomend any 32 boots. I've had two pairs, and i love them. All of the boots they make are heat moldable- you can go to the shop and have them molded, or- within 2 days of riding, they'll mold to your feet. 32 boots are super comfortable, and they're light. I'd stay away from DC, because i've heard of the air bladders breaking, like somone said. I've never heard one bad thing about 32 boots, and i don't think i'll ever get anything else.

Call me impatient, but blue's updates are few and far in between ( i think that's how you say it ) - out of all of the mts, i would have to say that camelback's site, and updates, are a lot better than anyone elses
-
Nope, i don't think it's there. I think that it's at the bottom of Rhodo. You go down Rhodo, and i think the wallride is at the intersection of Rhodo and Lower Moore's Ramble, and it's pointing downhill.

God, i'm so excited for this season- i can't wait! They're still blowing now.
-
HAHA i know- it's like a rip-off on the el camino, which i always thought were stupid anyway.
-
Call me crazy, but it looks like they're blowing now.
-
See, i thought it looked photoshopped. I can't figure out, for the life of me, where the hell that is.
-
I'm sure you've all seen this already. Looks pretty nice if you ask me. Just looking closely at this... doesn't that look a little odd, the coloring? Probably not, but it just bothered me
