Definitely interested in this for the 10-11 season. Any update would be appreciated.

I'll just leave this in here I guess. Once you've built a snowfort there really is only one thing left to do, why jump it of course. We have three small kickers on this line and the igloo jump. We set it up last weekend and I wouldn't doubt it is still there after the rain, I'm gonna go check on it tonight. I'll be back out there saturday morn to rebuild. For anyone in the area and familiar it is just off the perkiomen trail like 200 yards from the crusher road parking lot in green lane. Walk like your headed to spring mountain and once you cross the high bridge over the unami creek it's another 50 yards or so to a large field on the left. Jumps are up in the middle of the field, I'm sure you can see them from the trail. Don't worry about the no trespassing signs.

If ya jump her she'll start and you can hear that sweet custom exhaust. Then she'll start smoking from the front about two minutes later, I'm pretty sure it's just power steering fluid but who knows.

You wouldn't even want it. It's got over 200k miles, rust and dents all over, 2/3s of it is bondo I think. On the upside if you do want it for junk or parts I'd let it go for a hundo or two if you'd just get the damn thing out of my driveway.

Haven't priced a used one as I live 10 minutes from harry's u-pull it, so I was hoping to take a friend and rip one out ourselves to stay on the real cheap. The car won't make it anywhere, and has been sitting in my driveway for over a year now. Hardly worth fixing besides a new timing belt and much sentimental value. Still toying with the idea of just scrapping it. It's a 96 impreza outback wagon. I'm just 5 minutes down the road from Bear Creek.

for sure it is cats and dogs up here.

Maybe take a look at Sunday River? Large place, good conditions, brewed beers at the end of the access road. Kinda resortish and pricey but as you said money is no object. I always thought of it as the killington of maine.

Alright I'll snag some pics for you lazy folks. It's like 30 seconds out of the way of bc. It's pretty big, blacktop up top and blacktop flat landing. Round rail maybe 2 inch dia. probably really frickin rusty. There's a grass hill on the side so you got that working for ya. I've never done it, we used to palm up to it on blades when I was a young buck, but I've never cleaned it as it is pretty frickin long. I'll shut up now and say pics to come in the near future.

Not trying to be a dick but bluebell is not really that close to BC. I thought that is what we were talking about here.

The new wal-mart in east greenville has some potential for drops and/or wall rides. Behind it down past the middleschool is Mrs. T's perogies factory, I oughtta get pics. A lower parking lot has two seperate crusty old handrails going up to the factory lot. One is pretty large, like 15 stairs or so I never counted. If your not familiar, when coming through town on 29 (assuming your coming from t-pike or quakertown) at the end of town before walmart turn left at the ST. Philip Neri school traffic light. Follow it down until you go under the train bridge, at the stop sign look right. Large parking lot that is good......no GREAT for donuts in a vehicle too. I grew up in this town and let me say, god help you if your spotted by an officer of the law.

It's true, I was surprised to still see snow at the homefront when I got home from work. Even made some turns in the backyard last weekend. Sunday afternoon in the backyard, I'm just down the road from BC in harlem. After drinking and making turns/sledruns latenight. Now I just gotta repair my pvc rails.

well I did say I'd make it to one of these this year. We'll see what I'm doing this weekend, I'd like to show up and slide something. -
Woah now, knock on this steeze fella all you want but allentown is damn near close to home for me. Last time I checked billy joel ain't never sang nuthin about no Boulder there fella. No but seriously the skiing here does blow, continue your busting on PA I'm just kidding around.

I don't trust forecasts that are a week out let alone several months. I'm sure we'll end up with a more snowy winter than VT if accuweather says so.

Yeah this will probably get me to jf/bb a few times at least next season. Of course I said that last season too -
She deserves it, that little girl looks much more comfortable than me in the park.

"Cabins at stowe" turn out pretty cheap if you have a few others staying with ya. It's about 5 minutes down 100 from the town of stowe though so it makes for a 15 or so minute drive to the resort.
-
I'd love to ski that place. I was in whitefish a bit over a decade ago, we rented mtn bikes and rode on big mountain. We started at the top or lodge I don't know but it felt like we rode downhill forever. We ended up lost and in some state forest or something but it was awesome I remember that much. Montana kicks ass and I'd love to get back there someday or even live there.
-
I'll keep and eye out around here, that blows bigtime. Good luck.

Mom loves you anyway, just go skiing. I've ditched mom the last 3 easters to hit up the loaf. Check the pic <-----

No crap man!?!?!?!?!?! How much to buy one off ya, I've got a trip up there first weekend of march. My buddies have a few of em, maybe one or two to spare but I don't wanna be the JONG that comes to the party depending on someone else.

Just a heads up. If you can find a Transworld Snowboard Magazine from this month, there is a tear out coupon for a three day pass to stowe for 99 bones. Hope you know of a great magazine store though.
