Used Equipment Swap/Sale and Rail Jam on October 21 & 22. The QUICK premiere is on Sunday. Enjoy the biggest swap in the region, chairlift rides, petting zoo, paintball shooting gallery, climbing wall, hayrides, the re-opening of Roundtop Mt Sports and our popular pre-season Rail Jam (YES, it's really on snow!) Rail Jam - October 21! Yes, we are already collecting the snow! Joe has created a great selection of rails for the jam. Roundtop Rail Jam Release Form Helmets are required. I am betting this will be the best rail jam with trucked in snow to date. Not all rails pictured above may be used in the Rail Jam. Final set-up is weather and snow dependent. Sunday at NOON - you all know by now that Nipples has a part in this movie. Be there if you can! The Ski Roundtop Racing Club will be holding a consignment sale for those who do not wish to sell their equipment by themselves. Drop off times are Thursday and Friday evenings, 10/19 & 10/20 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM., or Saturday, 10/20 at 8:00 AM and during the swap. Drop off items in the Summit Room. Roundtop Mountain Sports' Grand Re-opening is this Saturday and Sunday at the Swap. Check out the latest ski and snowboard clothing and equipment. LOL! hahaha... there is so much more, things that are not my place to post. I am just trying to get the word out for those who are serious about the park scene. It's hard to convince people what this place is likely to be. It would really stress me to hear mid season "why didn't anyone say something" Something I have noticed is how hard it is to get info out with out it being picked apart. Thats unfortunate and probably the biggest reason on why mountains don't update. They get tired of the scrutiny and harrassment. My skin is thick and I have the facts so I am giving credit where credit is due. I like to think that I am trying to do my part for the whole park community as a by product of helping my kid make decisions. I would like to also think that I do my homework and trust me, this one is a no-brainer. So with that said, I am doing my best to share the wealth and hopefully help others out that have the flexibility to choose where they ride at. Ironically - you were asking about adequate park staff at BB for example. I just recently posted the job fair date in the PASR calendar and knew that there are park crew openings, but better yet. I think Gurp was commenting on freeridintre's report on Blue's improvements at the start of this thread. Yeah blue is going to be good, but I am going out on a limb and say that BB will rock with both quantity and quality.

Apologie accepted Those two guys are the leaders. Shawn is the expert welder(10 rails in 2 weeks so far) and double duties as the park groomer. On top of that they still have a full park staff. I guarantee that with Shawn and Julian there, there won't be any slackers on the crew. You are right! It will likely be a lot better. LOL... gurp called it, I was waiting for someone to escalate this whole "who is going to have the better park" to drop that bombshell! Uh huh.. The potential is extra ordinary. Early when it was announced that the MC guys were coming to BB - I said that if half of what I am hearing comes to be, that this is going to be off the hook!
