Hey steeze it looks like your up to a pizza wedge!! When are you going to start making some turns!! I think steeze told me that it is easier to learn a switch 270 on, because you can watch the rail the whole time. I think it is also easier to 270 off when you have 270'd on because you are already in a rotation. When on a box... I don't watch when he 270's onto a rail.. Scary!!

A dad with a kid on a leash decided to take his kid right down the center of the pipe on Sunday while Steven was spinning and switching this and that. Steven comes off the wall switch right into the center of the leash and takes both of them out.. Kid crying, Dad.. who knows what he was thinking? I am glad I wasn't there.. Park passes have got to start being used - or more people are going to get hurt needlessly. Even color coded lift tickets would help so that the purchaser at least thinks at the time of the purchase whether or not they want to be in the park. and whats with all of the cut off's and drop in's not being called... Lack of common sense is driving us nuts!!

$500 for the set - 2 pairs. Not sure I want to sell them individually, however I could be persuaded if the price was right. It's really the wrong time of the year to even think of listing a junior race ski.. i just thought I would toss em out there and see what bounces back. I am taking a rather large percentage loss at $500

2 brand new sets of Atomic GS:11 at 140cm with a 14m sidecut - both mounted with Matching Atomic Race Bindings. Waxed and prepped. One set of this years and one set of last years, both with matching Atomic race bindings. Last years model, skied on once. This years, never skied on. These were bought with the intention that one set would be for everyday use and the updated set were for race day only - The race day set has never been used. Ridge has chosen not to use my idea and now has his own favorites. (I thought I knew what I was doing) I could save them for the boy's friends (instead of rentals) when they come along next year however, I thought it might make better sense to offer the matched set to someone who will appreciate what they were intended for. $500 seems fair... more than fair.

I have never been south for a winter.. It is on our list to verify whether or not the things I have heard are true... Over-priced and over-rated.. New Zealand seems to be the place for summer winters....

Ridge and you should do that clinic. One of the coaches there will be the same guy who is setting the gates at the courses in PC.. I need to coordinate transportation, are you in with Ridge and I if you decide to do the clinic? Talk good about Ridge to Gary- talk as bad as you want about me!! Let's see... On Sunday, I will start with what a starter house geek you are!!!

How is the recovery going?

It's still there but needs some work, with the warm days the snow is piling up at the foot of it...

Cool!! we should now have 15!! The top 15 scores of a team are used to establish a team ranking..

He was there.. I guess I should have explained better. When Steven and I's times are posted and the scores are retabulated, the PASR team score should improve. It is unlikely that Ridge will be able to improve his score enough this season to improve the teams ranking. We may race Nastar somewhere Saturday and since I have my first race jitters out of the way - I may practice what I have been preaching about nastar and try to improve my handicap (which is really really high - lots of room for improvement!)

There are now 14 members of the PASR Nastar Ski Club!! Too cool to be a part of a ski team. Now if BC would just post Steven and I's times from last night.

Without Steven doing the typing, I can't be real specific, but I can tell you this.. He absolutely loves that park better than anyother one he has been to.. I think he has had 12 different ones under his skis this year. He pulled his first 720's last night and is really pumped up to do it again Sunday. The interactive layout is inaccurate - but number of features looks to be pretty close.

Ok - I did it.. swallowed my pride, sucked it up and actually skidded my way down the hill a half dozen times. It was slick tonight and I was plenty puckered up but I made it all in one piece! - Steven even made a few runs to help better our PASR team. He chickened out doing it switch, the starter shack was all for it.. SKI999 is devoted and loyal to ASRA - I tried to recruit him.. so, it doesn't seem that he can be persuaded to join - or can he? BC hasn't posted the times yet - hopefully tomorrow. Ridge beat me by 2 seconds per run.. BC made a point to announce that were going to be taking Nastar pictures Sunday.. they also are still making snow!!!

Nice pick of Alta - I know that hollow very well. Just to right side of the picture, I had a ski pop off in "85 that I couldn't find in the powder. I skied down 2k vert on one ski. Patrol found it with a metal detector with in a few minutes and brought the ski to me with in an hour. Brand new set of K2's.... pm me with your email address and I will send you a really cool video of Ridge getting swallowed up in the powder at Alta off trail. We won't be there until Wednesday night and then doing the clinic with Gary's gang on thursday. Will you be joining in? I know Ridge is young, but it would be nice if he had someone he know s to hang with. Wish we were headed out with you on Saturday, but we are not. SO, we are going to make the best of this weekend by talking about you behind your back on Sunday!!!!

A day of rest is order for ALL of us!!!

I should be able to contribute 3 or 4 points tonight.. No skiing for us tomorrow night.
