I know Friday is the day - but there is some talk of some of them hanging around for Saturday. either way, news is getting out more and more and I am getting pms asking for more info on a regular basis since the rain has done a number every other park on the east coast.

Something I do at Camelback that makes things uh..... not sure what you call it. I seek out the Rangers to ride up with on the lift and talk thier ear off about ski off trails, jumping, going inverted, and Boulders Park scene. I think Nips was horrified how I kept pointing to him how they need to watch out for kids like him. Joking of course. It seems to work. Patronize them a bit? I think most of the Rangers can tell when you are in control. They have never bothered me or Steven

Just got in from a quick session at CB. I expected to see a lot of east coast boilerplate after the torrential rains from Sunday but surprisingly the conditions were granualar and grippy on most of the trails except where they were scraped off in the middle of the connector trail from all the snowplowers to go back to the base lodge from Stevenson. Laurel glade has its pipe open and there were a several jibs and small jumps typical to CB everything was well maintained although the walls of the pipe are slightly undervert. We made 10 or so runs off the quads at nearly full speed both forward and backward with no issues. Get out there early this week to ensure simalar conditions, I imagine that holiday crowds will have scraped off everything by lunch this week.

Apparently they aren't qualified as experts to testify. They have to ask thier paying patrons, really that is a pretty lame way of covering yourself at least IMO and what do I know? hahhahaa. yeah, I can hear it now. your honor, we have reports from 20 patrons on that same slope who said it was the best conditions they had skied all season. They would have to pay me to give my comment other than f' off!

so what is called to be running up and down the hill in one of those metal things with tracks and some type of cutter at 9:30pm in a ditch on Laurel Glade, Smart? I understand cost cutting closures cause there is no one on the slopes but I am soooooo confused on why you guys leave the lights on.

Friends in from Park City are saying that the park at Big Boulder is bigger and better than what is at home.. No problem today sessioning freedom no hiking, no waits.
