Anyone planning to invest in Blues new Condos?

150k? are you serious? -
learn to ski in the traditional binding mounting position (manufacturers suggested) and then if you decide that you want to ski more park than freeride..... Change your binding setting on a set of twin tips to your personal preference for spining, jibbing and skiing switch only after you are proficient with carving and skiing under control. Chances are that if you think the skiers with thier bindings mounted center looks easier, it is because they are already very skilled and make it look easier. It it was truly easier to ski with your bindings mounted dead center then that is what all the manufacturers would reccomend.

Good Mountain for a noob like me?

CB is good on the weekdays. stay away on the weekends. Also, be careful during the week at CB - They close thier lifts preamturely and frequently due to cold weather and snow fall. JFBB offer 2 hills for the price of one. They are motivated to open earlier than any one and stay open longer than everyone. Because of the slightly higher elevation the snow quality and accumalation is slightly better. Blue - you either love blue or you don't - I am in the latter category. Shawnee, I learned to ski there, I took my kids there for there first turns. You will do well there as first year season pass holder. It has a good vibe and a good number of trails. We still visit once or twice a season. -
yeah, that site is having problems. Too bad cause the quality is excellent compared to youtube. Here is the youtube link.

They aren't upgrading thier snowmaking, unless it is a very cold start they won't be delivering much at the start. It is a bold plan, but with out the big guns don't get your hopes too high. Historically MC has had issue with park managers not getting the snow they need. The same people are still in place, no reason to think that they have had a change heart. Blowing snow will on the park runs will be an after thought after the regular trails are open.

I really do not know the specific details or her level in relation to the Canadian Team. Each snowflake represents a ski injury or operation. More than likely yep..

It's a "she" guys.. 8 knee operations before 18 years old. I would bet that all this stuff is next to mint condition.

Nips went at 11 totally unchaperoned for 2 weeks. Originally he was going with a friend of his and his father, but his friend broke his leg a couple of weeks before camp. Btw, he flew this year as an adult, connecting flights and all..... I know that there are kids there that are even younger, but yeah, they are there with and older sibling or parent and are superskilled on the snow. I think the age is relative to how the kid handles himself alone. NO crying for your mommy in other words... Ken Achenbach is very accessible, call him and talk to him and see how you feel about it. The key is when your kids have made friends so that they can travel in a pack, that way they look out for each other.

Megan - did you dance for your ticket on Monday? nips clowinging it up.

oops delete my other thread. just an indication of what will actually be delivered. Sorry for being antagonistic, it's just a prediction. Where do you guys think you will be in line for snowmaking? Did MC change and now they are going to give you guys snow making so early on so that you can actually deliver a park?
