It looks like Friday should be a decent day. They are calling for snow after 3pm, but that would be welcomed. Saturday looks like it might be the day to get there (if you go wait until after 11am ). Groom Friday evening for the fresh snow to be untouched for Saturday morning .

I thought it looked neat with the snow on the trees and the snow piles along the road. To me, slope pictures get boring, so I took a few pics of the rocks with the snow on them and I also liked the look. People were hitting these, which is kind of different for around here.

Two quick pics. One from the road and one from the Tomahawk quad.

Excellent day. There were tons of fresh powder everywhere, from the last storm and from blowing snow. Glades had good coverage and even the rocks/boulders had between 1-2 feet of snow on them. Everything was skiable and the snow was really light . Two quick pics: http://www.paskiandride.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=11145

That's typical for midweek, starting around the last week of Feb. That usually means that T-bolt and Challenge stay in really good shape. Only down side is that you have to use the east mt. lift, to access both of these . I was wondering if there would be a spot toward the bottom of t-bolt, to cut a cross over, to access the triples... I always forget to look. Something tells me that snowmaking is done for the year. I'm a little worried about BB making it till the end of April...at least the trails that I like. Last year they had over a 100" depth.

I slept in today, so I could get up real early to head to Belleayre on Thursday 28th, to take advantage of their ski for free speacial. That is the desiganted day to ski for my birthday. Their website says that they got a foot of snow, from this last storm .

It might be the trail map that you are think of. Tioga and Tioga spur are listed as being new, on the map.

I was there Tuesday 2/19 and a male liftie stood there and just watched the chair hit you. Same lift. I thanked him each time. -
I like rattler. It's a nice chute type trail. Something different for quick turns.

You going out again?

This should read :We plan on hitting Frost around 8ish Saturday might be crowded, with the fesh snow. At 1pm, it might be just as quick to park at BB and walk over . I'll be there for 8

Today ranked in the top two days this year, along with last Tuesday. Exhibition, Demattes, T-bolt, and Floyd's had about three inches of dry, fluffy powder on top of groomed cord . Having snow fly up to your knees, on Floyd's, has been a rarity this year. Rivershot was kind of chunky, because they had to groom it over from yeasterday. Anybody who didn't get out first thing at 8am, really did themself an injustice. It was 19 degrees, but felt warmer. The snow stayed really light until about 9:30, when a shot of sleet came in. I took off at about 10, since my goggles froze up. It then started to snow heavily on my way home .

Off to bed. It's snowing here in Central PA . 6am comes early. Hopefully first tracks Friday. -
Are you going this weekend?
-
Blow some more snow on Exhibition.
-
Maybe they conserved enough snow due to all of the days that they closed
-
Pretty much. BTW, you would have to pull into the lot at 7:45. Just don't get there that early during the week.
-
Are they still doing this? I didn't see it in the last two email letters and I've had to work until 11pm on Fridays, so I don't get out until 8am.
