It'll take longer than two days to do the whole mt. I doubt that they can run guns on every slope at the same time. If they got the same type of fans that JFBB has, two or three days should be enough to get a decent amount of trails open.

It looks like the windows are still in it. I hope they take those out.

There might be...the one by the TP is the only one that I'm familiar with.

There is a Wawa on 940 at the turnpike interchange. If you are leaving JF, you would have to turn right and go the opposite way of BB... then you would have to back track to get to BB.

I might hit JF up before work on Thurs. Conditions should be better by then, since they should be able to have more snow blown by then, if the forecast holds up.

Coming from the west on I-80, I tried getting off at exit 277 of 80 to 940, then cut through Split Rock. It actually took me longer than staying on 80 and getting off at exit 284, because of the slow winding roads through Split Rock. But yeah, there are a couple places to eat, if you cut through Split Rock. Wawa would be going way out of the way, from JF to BB.

I've noticed that on warm days CB gets mushy when other resorts don't. CB faces north, correct?

I'll be at JF on Sat. (I'll be leaving in 7 hours from the time of this post) . I'm gonna try to get to either JF or BB on Sunday. I have to work 3rd shift Sat. night, so I don't know if the sandman will allow me to stay awake Sunday morning.

A way to keep that from happening would be to put a steep slope in for an unloading area and pitch it toward the slopes. That way you don't have a choice but to go .

The snow stays in excellent condition at both JF and BB. It doesn't turn into mashed potatoes and they have an excellent base. They have done a hell of a job, so far. If you're into free skiing, head to JF, it's the bigger of the two mountains. An all day pass is good for both.

Writing letters won't work. They 've responded to posts on here about how much people dislike the changes. I do miss the reserved parking. It would be nice if they could attach that to the VIP pass.

I wasn't there, but days like Wed. are usually great. When its that warm, few people are in the mood the ski/ride and the snow stays in great condition at JFBB .

The one thing that sort of didn't make sense to me was that in almost all of the snowmaking videos, they seemed to concentrate on PL. I felt bad for the snowmaking crew. The snowmakers are the people that should be getting just as much applause....without them and the excellent job the did/ do, all of this wouldn't be possible. Also, bashing BB and begging them to bring back employees probably won't work. Remember how much changed from the pre-season complaints about the season pass...nothing.

At least don't sell your stuff. You'll regret it, if you change your mind.

I don't do the features in the parks, but BB's parks last year looked like they had a lot of nice features and the big park had a bunch of large jumps. I did notice that this year there are gaps going onto the features. Last year, it seemed like they closed off the features, if a gap developed and you couldn't ride on....unless if there was some other reason.

To me, it doesn't matter if they quit, or not. They are no longer there. What I was saying is there are only two sides that know what happened. Everybody else is third hand info. Since I wasn't there, I'm not putting blame on either side and I think it is unfair for anybody else to do that. However, right or wrong, you have to do what the boss wants.

There's two sides to every story. That's why I don't see why everybody is blaming BB. Maybe it isn't BB's fault, maybe it is....nobody here knows exactly what happened.

Sometimes you got to move on, to better yourself. This might apply to either side.

The thing that makes me wonder is, why are they not at MC and why are they not at BB? That's two resorts, and could it be the same reason for both resorts? Unless if anybody actually knows all of the details, its unfair to blame one side or the other.

I guess that stinks for people who like parks, but remember, JFBB was there before them and will be there after them. The world won't stop revolving.
