Got home a few hours ago. Today was awesome. Felt like January or Feb up there. Stashes in trees, trails open with natural snow only, western groomer like in other spots, private gondola rides. Really good ski day today. Wanted one or two more runs on Deer Run but the gondola "closed for maintenance" so we bailed. Great day otherwise.

in the car / lodge. Grate day so far. natural snow trails today. Props to my daughter for getting out of her comfort zone for first hiking over to and then skiing cathedral brook t 2 b. I love this place.

Where the snow is falling and the stoke is rising. Conditions are grate. No issues with the frequent skier card... straight to the gondi. Somewhat foggy so pics may be lacking.

A lot of those old lifts have pasr stickers on them.

Belle Gore and Whiteface. Personally I only planned on using it midweek because 25% off doesn't entice me as much as midweek skiing and 50% does. And it's not just belle...its all. They load the first pass on the card. go right to lift essentially. Each additional pass is 50% off but you need to purchase /load it to your card online before you go. 6th pass is free but I think you need to load that to your card too.

Fun day. Conditions were choppy and the falls were spicy. Oh and if either myself or my kids initials were BMR I'd get our name legally changed. Fun day regardless. Good to be back in the valley and great to see the place covered in snow everywhere...even if we couldn't ski it all.

Sucks but I wasn't planning on using mine on a weekend. Weekends are for the boyz (at Blue). First time on the card should have no restrictions correct?

Stoked for tomorrow! Imagine..lift lines in the valley not growing exponentially by 9:30 on a Saturday morning.

I wonder if pass holders who buy their passes specifically to ride Boulder Park knew this was happening before they dropped dough on their pass? If they didn't that's dirty imo.

I'm just catching up on PASR and seeing this thread. damn. What a shit show. Reminds me of a WMMR day at Jackson Frost.

Honestly BB park put them on the map...made them relevant in a way. Created a devoted group of skiers and riders. Was never my thing but from a business perspective it seemed to make sense. BB from a pure skiing perspective is a no go..unless they're looking to make a a beginners only, family friendly type of thing ..who knows. All I know is Blue is running the show this season. Not even close. Thank goodness for that.
