Good points. I hope that’s the case

When you gotta work during the day I'm just glad that skiing is still an option afterwards. Although I'm clearly not as stoked on night skiing as I used to be. Now a days im happy to hold off on night sessions until the sunset spring sessions kick in. Those evenings can be magical. I skied tonight because I missed this weekend and was jonesing to ski, plus the shit weather kicks in tomorrow I think

It opened around 7 after they took down the gates, but it was realllllly slick. What I couldn't necessarily understand was why main and lazy were top to bottom guns a blaze but nothing on switch or side. Challenge is close and Nightmare dreams whales are massive. They're clearly going for straight park on NMDW otherwise I have to think it would've opened it has so much snow.
-
It's not crazy busy and the snow is really good. Chalky in most places... Some slick overall really nice. Razors is closed for racing. Guns are a blaze. Good night sesh

Omw. Praying it's not crazy

Looks like I missed a good one. Ugh

1/20-1/21…weekend roll call thread.

Praying it’s not as windy at blue as it is up here right now. -
1/20…cold/crowded..lots of PASRs

It started off with much needed re building on some trails. Things were dire on paradise lower main etc. Not to worry …NMDW is happening as is challenge and maybe switch before the warm up. -
It wasn’t bad tonight. I’m glad I went. Amazing how running 3 lifts at the bottom and implementing the vip line properly helps with crowd management
-
Main was meh. Note to self never rate conditions based on a few runs down coming soon only. Overall a solid. 7.3 which is a good night sesh
-
That's the plan from here on out I think. Quad wait time is only about 3 or 4 minutes. VIP lines are in full effect. The sixes look way longer. Either way dis brought the stoke back. Twas good
-
Ok I'm bringing it down a few notches. The above was based on coming soon, lower dis, Razors somehow is ass. Cookie field until the lower headwall where it gets good again.
-
Tonight is 9 out of 10. David Copperfield... magical (for blue). Chop pow basically with some slick spots in between. Stay on the edge of the trails kinda night. Whales on nmdw, place looks fantastic. LFG. Not even bothered by the crowds. It's that good

I may do a raw session tomorrow depending on the snow situation. Haven’t done a night sesh this season
-
Shit at this rate with the next 4 days if they go RTC (round the clock) they’ll have the entire place open.

A bit of marketing advice for JD, spamming only has a negative effect. I’d rather sleep in my car now than stay at Nancy’s treasured farmhouse. No offense

He's workin' hard for the money. So hard for it honey. He's workin' hard for the money so you better treat him right.

I mean it's close but if it's between me skiing switchback and NMDW vs people staying warm in single digit temps, I guess I can make an exception.
-
I wonder if they were told to shut it down by PPL.
-
So much of what blue does is a mystery. That's part of the fun I guess
-
Keeps everyone else happy too since it’ll move the race team off of everything else. I no longer pull for Blue to make snow on razors for me to ski it, more so to move BMR to their private island and away from the rest of the mountain.
