RidgeRacer replied to saltyant's topic in Camelback
I have a feeling Blue is going to drop an amazing early season deal... I'm predicting $479. -

I like that the entire town of Jackson smells delicious... Like steak. No matter what time of day. -
Tonight should be heavenly... Enjoy.

2/17-18 weekend roll call thread!!!

Definitely. Honestly motivated more than anything to get my daughter out a few more times. I promised that I'd take her someplace outside of PA (Belle or Hunter) and definitely want to make good on that. -
2/17-18 weekend roll call thread!!!
RidgeRacer replied to GrilledSteezeSandwich's topic in Blue Mountain
I'll know more on Friday. Ortho visit on Tues was mostly good news but I have a (hopefully last) follow up on Fri in which I'll know more then. If I had to guess I'm probably sitting out the rest of Feb at least. All things considered I'm definitely not complaining. -

The 49er breakfast was well worth it... Pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits, etc... You can't go wrong with that. The 49er overall was a sick deal. Doug your consistently positive reviews on the place are certainly warranted.

Wow.. Not sure why but Saltys got people on pins and needles about where he'll invest in a pass next year. Salty you're like fucking Ross Gellar from friends right now deciding between Rachel and that British chick. You've somehow, someway developed a captive audience over your season pass. No pressure. I don't get it but I can't figure out why people watch "love after lockup" either but they do. Personally I'm hoping Salty drops an F you... And says Enjoy PA while I ski bum out west.

Eaf if you hate PASR that much then post elsewhere. Personally I think you can provide a lot to the site but you insist on calling out the nuances that you don't like which isn't going to do you any favors. You clearly love the sport and that's cool. Jeff's right. PASR isn't epic (RIP) or AZ or Pugski. PASR is a group of people who care more about just having fun skiing, regardless of where, and less about centimeters or ankle flex. It's a group of people who watched me get a fucking tetanus shot in a hospital lobby because they give a shit. That's what PASR is. It doesn't need more organization or stricter rules. It definitely doesn't need a corporate sponsor or any BS like that. It needs to stay the way it is IMO.

Thanks man. To my knowledge no. I'll know more this week but I'd be surprised if I had to

Good... Stitches are out. Dr said the people in Jackson did an amazing job with the stitches making sure that there would be no scarring. Props to St. John's! Going to see the Ortho this week. Best news thus far is that I feel really good, as in I'm not in pain, feel like I can move normally etc but being careful and taking it slow obviously. Still in neck brace for now.

I dont think he hates blue as much as the fact that we all don't.

Wow. That's not usually what you read after a ski trip. Salty props for at least making the trip as well as your honesty.
