Welcome back to PASR and the Lehigh Valley Bluemt. If you're at Blue it shouldn't be hard to meet up with PASRs. There are plenty of Blue skiers here.

Great day today with the best snow I've skied since last year. Sunny skies and the snow guns were on the entire time (they've been on non stop for the last few days). They should have a few more trails open for tomorrow - at least Dematte's. They were also blowing the top of Thunderbolt, Janes etc (not sure about East). The top portion of Happyland skied well and there was a little tree action to be had off of One Park. With the forcasted temps this week. Next weekend should be very nice.

On the lift with jfdan. Snow guns worked some magic last night. Chalky man made snow today. Some trees skiable. Will post more later.

BTW - The new t bolt glade looks good. Looks like it'll go top to bottom like happyland. Looking forward to that once they light up the guns on t bolt

At long last the mighty Jack frost has opened. Conditions were good on challenge, even better on one park. Blowing snow everywhere. Not enough blow over to ski trees yet. Met up with jfdan. Phillycore was also in the house but he was enjoying the gnarly terrain on powder puff. Good day. Nice to be back at frost.

Challenge and one park are open for this weekend. -
They can drop 100k at the last minute for fan guns but there's no room in the budget for cheese fries with bacon? That's horse shit.

Yeah...I like "the condition" better.

that's also high. 20 bucks should be the Max right now.

$30 to lap Susquehanna seems a bit high

Dude I'm glad you're able to write off Pennsylvania all together and ski bigger hills. I'm happy for anyone that can pull that off. But not everyone has that luxury bro so "just fuckin move away" isn't always an option. I don't think any one of us who lives in PA and skis Bear Creek, Blue or whatever and loves this sport chooses to live here for the amazing skiing. Some of us have reasons that keep us here - important reasons like kids. For me, at least until my kids get older and I can move to the Salt Lake Valley, I'll continue to get stoked on the elevator, tunkhannok or challenge glade or whatever with a trip to a real mountain once or twice a year to stay sane.

Wrong on Frost, Right on Shawnee (They have their Pennsylvania Trail open which if I remember correctly is their longest), wrong on Blue, right on Camelback (Margies is open according to their site) wrong on Elk (shouldn't they be open first with their location?)

What toast said. Sounds like the ideal apres ski cuisine. I'm done with bear creek.

I'm just catching up here so forgive me. Here's my question. Why the hell would BC get rid of bucket cheese fries? Seriously. I mean what would prompt them to drop bucket cheese fries? Everyone likes cheese fries after a few hours of skiing Anyway please continue...

Must have just missed you. It's probably the best skiing in pa right now.

If no frost tomorrow then I'm out. We'll see what happens Sunday.
