  1. 14 bucks is a steal. Hope you grabbed a few.
  2. They were. The lady asked me what I wanted to write on it and I went oh shit and started blurting out PASR things. 170 was the length of Saltys RTMs. The PASRs thought 170 was too short so that was the running joke here that season. Somehow Salty translates that into I made a cake for him.
  3. I would love roots mod privileges. What can I bribe Jeff with in order to obtain that?
  4. No. Why do you think I brought that just for you?
  5. Country seems to be going down but Pennsylvania is going up.
  6. No doubt. If it snows you'll be glad you did although I plan on driving my car to Lake Placid this year since my wife wants to check out the LP with me, no need to leave the SUV at home.
  7. Nice I'm about ready to invest in the stoke market.
  8. Thanks for that question Salty. It's because most people fly into Phoenix in the winter to escape winter...go golfing and enjoy the warm desert air. Hence the joke about me being the only person bringing skis. Hope that helps and thanks again for the clarifying question!
  9. Why do you care that we care? If someone is confused by something I write I want the opportunity to clarify for them.
  10. Salty what in this post is so confusing to you? How can i explain this in troll speak so you can better understand?
  11. The Abbot tests appear to be the gold standard for at home tests at the moment.
  12. I have a pair. Like them but went back to Dalbello last season.
  13. You're probably right. Could've been my plan or something.
  14. Whenever they have symptoms which, unfortunately, happens a lot when they go back to school. Better to be safe and know IMO...not just for sending them back to school purposes but visiting family members etc. Came in handy having the test last week for sure. Yes I had to bribe them with buying them something from Amazon if they let me stick the swap up their nose but whatever. And yes to the vaccine when approved.
  15. They're not. I tried swiping my hsa card at Walmart and it wasn't approved.
  16. Highly accurate if you have symptoms Sensitivity of the BinaxNOW antigen test, compared with polymerase chain reaction testing, was lower when used to test specimens from asymptomatic (35.8%) than from symptomatic (64.2%) persons, but specificity was high. Sensitivity was higher for culture-positive specimens (92.6% and 78.6% for those from symptomatic and asymptomatic persons, respectively); however, some antigen test-negative specimens had culturable virus. How to use: The BinaxNOW antigen test is pretty easy to take – only a shallow nostril swab is necessary. There's a card you place your swab into. Like a pregnancy test, a single line means the test is negative. Two lines indicate a positive result. Accuracy: The BinaxNOW test correctly gave a positive result 84.6% of the time compared to PCR. In the same study, the test correctly gave a negative result 98.5% of the time. Availability: The BinaxNOW test costs $24 for two tests, which are meant to be used on the same person within three days (serial testing). The BinaxNOW test does not meet travel requirements for testing.
  17. I got 1 on the way from Amazon and 2 coming from cvs.com that I ordered this morning. The one I got last week was from the Walmart in Lehighton...was 14 bucks. Was the last one left. At cvs.com they're 25 bucks now. Edit...cvs.com is sold out now. Damn.
  18. CVS.com has some in stock now.
  19. The rapid at home tests are the bomb, especially in the fall when the kids and back to school...spreading germs everywhere. Kids were sick (coughing, runny nose etc) and Pharmacies are sold out everywhere. Finally found one at Walmart (they had one left and I asked them to hold it for me). They come two in a pack. Tested both kids...negative which is in line with the test taken at the UC. I'm stocking up on these bad boys for future use. They cheap and on Amazon right now. Update...so I can't stock up...They're sold out but I was able to grab one last week which is being shipped.
  20. Maybe they already took all of the money that they could from the table.
  21. Flight to AZ booked in Jan. Gonna book a room in Flagstaff for a few days at snowbowl. I'm 99.9% sure that I'll be the only person on that flight bringing skis as one of my checked bags. Lol
  22. I got one of these too. No after-school club basically. Just discounted passes sold to the group. I may do the 189 for my 11yo. It includes Blue Mt and CamelsAss...plus they're tossing in a 25 dollar gift card.
  23. Meanwhile over to the west...its fruity pebble season.
  24. I don't necessarily disagree but IMO the trend is multi mountain passes at a decent price (600 to 800 range) as opposed to 600 to 800 for one resort. Skiing has never been cheap as we all know.
