2021-22 winter ski season thread...

Narrowed my binding selections down to 3....Marker Jester, Tyrolia Attack 14, Look pivot. Thoughts on any of these? I'm looking for light weight and durability basically. Look appears to be the most durable with metal build but perhaps heavier. Tyrolias appear to be the lightest. Marker's are somewhere in between the two. -
Today may be a good day to hit up a local waterfall.

I'd love that. He would get the red carpet treatment of course. -

Verwhat? 😁 Planning on wf again since my wife was telling me that she's down to come along. I think the Olympics got her in the mood...not to mention I watched "miracle" on the plane home from AZ which is an awesome movie and got me jonesingfor a little LP. Will do a few days at Belle of course.. Planning on going west as well. Where and for how long is tbd. -

Honestly it's worth it for the one free day at WF. I did two at WF and two at Belle and I think I was around 68 or 69 bucks per sesh. -

These are on sale now. Grabbed one. Hard not to for 99 bucks. -
Doesn't that mean it's officially the 21-22 ski season?

Boost me up.

No. That was their first trip west. They loved it. No matter how many times I go to Arizona I never get tired of it. I think I probably like it more each time. My wife and I were looking at potential, future landing spots
-
19 (will hike anywhere with me) 11 and 8. They did the red rock crossing hike in and loved it. Also did a little of bell rock.
-
Here with the family so serious hiking isn't probably happening unless I head out solo. But the view from dinner in Jerome last night was pretty awesome.
-
Is that the bbq place? We opted for the haunted hamburger. Supposedly the "best burgers in Arizona". We'll see hopefully soon (waiting for a table)
-
Jerome AZ today. Really neat historical town on top of a mountain. Can easily see Sedona and the SF Peaks (snow bowl) in the distance
-
Yeah...That just came down. Who knows what'll happen this semester...here we go again. There is a concert at sun devil stadium on Tuesday that peeps seem to be excited about.
-
Mask usage out here in AZ is minimal. Even in the mall, target etc. Pretty much no one wears them although there are signs on the highway that say "you can end COVID19. Get vaccinated.
-
I'm by no means into this stuff so here's my best explanation. There are supposedly spots in Sedona where you feel a strong energy and shit.
-
Half mile walk through the woods and finally reached red rock crossing. Place is absolutely beautiful. Been wanting to see it for a while. BTW I'm sold on the vortex stuff... convinced it's legit.
