-
no. like i said, i dont want a bunch of your hoes showing up next to my clients on my personal page.
-
Yea i do cold stuff. Every 50 leads that close i get like 2 referrals. I like it. Just need a hit soon, been down lately
-
Feels great outside. Had my windows open all night
-
Stem cell stuff seems way ineteresting. Go for it. Ive never been injured cause im the best skier on the mountain.
-
My leads are 40% crap. None are verified
-
I just updated my whole page but made albums instead of posts so i got to redo it all. This is dumb
-
Social contacts seperate from social business. Like when snapple posts stuff on fb it shows up under whoever started the persoanl page? Thats dumb
-
If someone could tell me how to seperate my name from liking/friending with my page i wouldnt have a problem lol
-
Not against residential. I like doing houses. Im against being a one season business. Other businesses still use me in winter.
-
property management and corporate offices dont give a shit how many likes your fb page has.
-
thats the plan toast, which is currently whats on my fb page. Im building that aspect. Website is just less bullshit. Plus its all a "page" under my name. I cant operate it as a seperate entity and thats pretty annoying. I hate when i see a business advertised and then it says find us on fb. Just seems unprofessional. An adjunct to a website sure but not the main image of the business. Like i just added doug as a friend to my page (along with my name page too which i want to be seperate) and a bunch of hoes popped up

I understand this. Still not about to post "10 best window cleaning secrets they dont want you to know"

Voicemail is all fine and dandy. If you have warm people calling you directly. Im working off lead services. Each one costs money. If i dont respond within 5 minutes theres 2 or 3 other guys on the same list. End up losing money. If i had a legit way to reach potential clients directly id be all for getting a part time until it takes off. Suggestions in this situation? Cause self advertising/website seems to be it. Social media is great and all but doesnt turnover into cash flow. Just jobs here and there
-
I had one... Would get calls when i was at work. Cant take off with only a days notice. That kind of thing. Im getting by as it is. Still better than working for someone else. Just got to keep making things happen Yong entrep meeting wed at banana. Well see
-
Tried. Doesnt work. Or doesnt work the way i was doing it? Would get calls i couldnt reapond to, bids i couldnt to on, jobs i couldnt schedule till a two weeks out or longer since i was scheduled to work at job. You lose jobs. Im making it by like this now. Just more work would be nice.

I get the social aspect of fb. Im not knocking residential. Its a huge chunk in the summer but doesnt do much for constant cash flow accounts. Just saying it seems to be mostly once per year homeowners with no other leads. Id rather have a strictly informative website for people to reference. Im not going to post window cleaning tips or odd bits of info on fb. Who cares. No, my limit on the card is much higher. But i will transer to a lower rate for sure. Been thinking about it for a while. I have a plan and i know what i want to do. Just not sure what source of funds i should use

Tis what im doing. Residential stuff is the outcome. And the results arent all that great. Cool bunch of friends, not a lot of clients. Plus it doesnt seem right to add a bunch of people as friends...its an informative business page. Im not trying to have doug next to some client lol. I guess my main question is when should i get a loan and when do i use credit cards? My initial investment is around 2500 on a credit card. but thats at 24%. Should i have just applied for a loan? If i invest another 2500 i could get workmans comp (i believe the quote fit in that) re-pay insurance for next year, join a few associations (chamber, and one other big one), hire two guys part time - and go at it.
-
yea. Lot to think about. Workmans comp, website, and bid training is really all i need in the next year or so. Plus some certifications but those are easy.
-
Commercially (the actual money making accounts) yes. A finacisl advisor would be nice. How much debt is too much to take on? My startup costs right now will take 1.5-2 years to pay off. And thats with no expansion for that time period. Spend money to make money, i get it.
-
Cant take calls while im behind the counter at some shit job.
-
I dont want a side hussle. I want business
