im glad you guys got pics. i went to a haunted house last night in denver (13th floor, its was siiiiiick. coulda been the boom though). it was dumping all night. you guys got more than summit. wish i brought my skis. its def urban time down there. the drive back up was insane. truckers are ridiculous on 70. fun though, first time my subbie had to do some actual work to get through it. she did good! im proud of her

its actually called a vagina box. which is a little redundant so just box i guess

i think i heard them turn the snow guns on! blue seems like its slowly gettin more geared towards a resort instead of a mountain. good job. bike park looks legit.

saw it tonight after a looooooooong day of drinks and skating as you can see. 10 bucks gets you in! rupplemints get you thin! this will be a pretty short review because it was a pretty standard movie from msp. although i shouldnt even say standard.... tooooooooooooooo much back country/big mountain shots. typical msp athletes. seriously, the only thing i have good to say is that the opening segment of SEAN PETITE fuckin KIIIIIILLLLLLEEEEDDD it! this kid is STILL 16. seems like hes been that age forever but he destroyed every line he hit. HUGE stuff too. way to go sean! not many park shots at all. they put down this budget to shoot at keystone on the rail road gap and only put like 4 shots of it in the film. wtf THE ONLY PARK SHOTS IN THE MOVIE. rest is mountain so beware. all in all if you want to see this movie, or buy it... be prepared to watch a shane mconkey tribute. thats pretty much all it was. he was a bomb skier, awesome person, chill dude but not worth me paying 10 bucks to see a movie i thought would be better. and they didnt even have cheap beer at this thing! lame but the saucer boy contest was entertaining. way to go guys!

best couple posts ive seen in a while. kudos! way to go KT.

got some new 6th sense. i think this is the last year theyre gonna help me out. fun while it lasted.
-
whats sober? i arrived fashionably late so i missed the start. i think i just have a problem with lvl1 using him. msp or tgr would be sick.
-
way to go, me too! drove all the way down but was too drunk to drive to the premier. and leadville is a waste of everything known to mankind. i live in keystone now anyway fool. i can walk to the lift.

went to the free keystone premier of refresh on friday. i came across some bomb syrup so my recollection is a little off but i got the gist of it. being a stone local i am seriously dissapointed in the ski park shoots this year. nike pretty much took over the park for their shoot which had a dooope setup. but that all got wrecked when it was time to do skiers so whatever. nike has BILLS. but for skiers it was creative and fresh for stone. the angles they use make the feature look a little on the small side (which honestly it is for a movie). hornbeck and delorme stood out on it though, did some cool stuff. bibby is gettin sick at landing switch in pow... delorme straight up puts his wings out and goes for it on every jump. his style is soothing. the mammoth shoot they did this year was HUGE. biggest looking jump ive seen in quite some time. i took that away from most of the park jump shots...theyre just scary big, period. yoon bro han had one shot i can remember. good to see him out in the film but wouldve liked to see more - or at least a more banger trick. i forget what it was though. compared to last years flic the tech rails are lacking but they got bigger it seems like. longer, kinkier, sketchier out runs. impressive as hell but its hard to top last years line riders. wesson still put it down though. i just feel like its gonna be sooo hard to top the rail shots in turbo. all the highschool bitties chear anytime hornbeck comes up, never seen so many pro hoes centered around one person. hes a pimp and brought his new flava in rail style to the table. its refreshing check it out. tom fuckin wallisch - period. pretty stock but still gnar backcountry/xxxxtreme shots. no massive avalanches that almost take lives or anything. no seth like lines. i dont really appreciate/care about stuff like that anyway but its nice to have a breather from park shots. warren miller should not be involved in this movie... the demographic for this movie doesnt care. and it brings too many old geesers to park oriented movie. his voice changed and its too dam boring for movies like this. tanner rainvilles segment was another typical segment from him. HUGE jumps and style but same vibe in every edit hes done for the past decade. same flow/feeling as turbo as well but i gots love for him. henrik is still spinnin like a mofo with style out the ass. i think both henriks were in it but forget. there was one kid (forget who) who did a 4 onto a down rail and i was like "ok, that was legit, whatever" but they went into more detail after it which explained alot. its just good to see people still seem like they try to get tricks in a movie thats dominated by such talent. or that progression has steps for everyone. thats about all i remember. overall good vibe, good movie, i give it a thumbs up. check it out.

-
chillin with rubino is legit. feels like home only better haha.
-
dope tr. puts my recent ones to shame. sucks we didnt go this year. good for you though, lookes like you got some decent shit.
-
finally got to read and look at sibs post(s) - looks pretty nice. sucks theyre closed though. we got a little bit of winter here a couple days ago. definitely the best days of riding i had all season. once again, not many action shots but for reaaaaal..... i didnt want to stop and take them. not sure what the beave reported but it was close to 35 total i think. chillin at the bus stop - taking pictures of gapers. part of the village. it always makes me feel rich just being there. some gaper on our first run over to the good stuff. (thats it for action shots haha) gaper. ill say it again though - riding pow on a board is crazy fun. got to use my friend malolo. nobody in our crew dropped this. wayyyy too many safety meetings to do that overall the snow was amazing. faceshots and waist hugging was a constant theme throughout the day i dont think ive ever heard more "woooo"s and " OOOHHH YEAAA!"s in april. what do you do when youre done riding the "most snow in colorado"? mow down on some fresh baked cookies..... (insert pic of giant mob outside ski school waiting for cookies) deleted it by accident. anyway, back to reallity. its sunny and warm again. park conditions for sure. big line at keystone is closed for the season. breck is still up though. Rubino and his boys are out here for nationals at copper but we met up yesterday and had a sick park day at key. I hooked it up proppa with 39 dollar tickets. hes out here for the rest of the week i guess so im gonna see if i can show him around breck. very dissapointed in you kevin... he said he asked you to come. lame sauce

thanks for the heads up man. ive been trying to get out there before boxilla.
-
im on a borrowed comp/time so i didnt get a chance to read sibs post and see whats up with the north but heres whats goin on in CO... this is why there has been no gaper day report from me. yesterday we rode the beav with over 12 of fresh. today i rode solo at keystone cause i couldnt go anywhere else really - good 6 inches or so. woke up to this... drove under 70. every pass was closed. big ass tow trucks all over the place. someone biffed it on 70 haha drive around the lake up to keystone. the wild jungles of keystone. pretty much all i rode for the day, mellow trees with decent pow. and the only on hill/in trees/"action" shot... HOPEFULLY i can get out to the beav tomorrow and hit up alllll the snow that fell plus whatever is falling tonight/tomorrow - forecasted for 20+ ill see what i can do for pics.

the season up here is soon coming to an end. most of vail resorts are strategically closing on 4/19 (wtf). at least we still have gaper day and abasin. i will break 100 it looks like which is a nice goal. it wouldve been nice if my plan for this season went well... "learn grabs and jump all season long" didnt happen. got about 4 days of jumping in. shit happens - im still here. the pow was nice this season as well. this is just a collection of porn throughout the season. keystone changes up features a lot so some of the pics here are different then the current setup. features change but layouts stay pretty much the same all year. ill try and save the best for last. top of one of the parks. check the skier/boarder ratio. really sick wall. just wish the landing went out a little further so you could actually hit it like a street wall. the wall on the left is around 20 feet. gets baked in the sun all do to so its wicked fun. pretty good flow section sexy down rail. another sick combo of walls. lots of options on the one right in front of you. the main reason(s) i posted all this............ (click to make them BIG) Big line landing of the 3rd to give you a perspective. MSP photo/video shoot. this was not a public setup. check it out in the new movie. the public setup is the same just without the rails and a reshaped lip obviously. its a line, hit this... and go directly into this... epic sunset. enjoy. looking at this stuff gets me juiced. some may say im on A51's dick but who cares, shit is dope.

looks like you had a good season on the other side of the tunnel. everything is just about winding down for me as well. been running/hiking a lot more now since its so nice out. sorry i couldnt make it up there. maybe sometime within the next few weeks before closing.

this kid from nazareth came out and had a sick nikon we shot with.

finally got some snow in/around summit a couplde days ago so we went and hit up beaver creek. i have no skis at the moment and its looking like its gonna be that way for the remainder of the season. so ive been shredding the board for a while. hit the beav two days ago with some fresh pow, then hit vail yesterday with the same fresh pow. pretty good couple days. all these pics are from the beav. might put some up from vail but im not sure if we got anything good. hittin close to a foot of fresh. roger i was just cruisin aroung most of the day. took a lot of safety meetings. boarding in pow is such a cool feeling. i never really did it before.
