yea for sure. they felt like a solid ski to me. then again any ski you just unwrap and ski on for only a week is going to seem solid. ced doesnt seem to be having any problems though, neither does bibby - and bibby is a big dude. ill probably be visiting the factory/office sometime this winter.

nice, thats a sweet ski. got to get on a pair for a week last season. enjoy them man.
  4. i wouldnt blame it on just the groomers... if at all. they never really had a huge base to work with in the first place for jumps and it showed in the way they were made. if we were ants that one step up/over would've been sick as hell haha. i say you shouldnt blame it on just the groomers because each and every rail had a decent amount of snow pushed in front of it. once that gets done it comes down to the hand crew and how they shape it... which just takes time and effort. ive never met the hand crew but from what i saw the few times i was there, they seem lazy - judging by the setups. park rakes can push a good amount of snow, especially when its warm. so completely rebuilding a lip isnt all that hard. i cant see CB having a good jump line. they dont have the snow, grade, or length to do it. maybe one good sized jump but thats it. focus on rails and take it from there i say.
  5. yea for sure, im just looking for some tix while im here for break. i think i got hookups though, just incase
  6. id buy it if they were holiday passes too.
  7. forgot about that, havent skied there in so long haha
  8. well, the bison's are a pretty sick cat, and they have a somewhat legit list of features. so if they are dedicating a good portion of space for parks it could be sweet. which is what i was saying.. they know what to do just not really how to do it.
  9. who is this brad fellow? i got a shitload of ansi papers and lift specs back at school if people are really interested. havent looked online though... the entire b77 might be on there somewhere
  10. ill give you guys props. seems like you have always known what to do as far as execution, just dont really know how to build/set up features. which is what is most important i think.
  11. true, but you got to keep hope alive at least
  12. correct about the power. thats obvous though. all snomax is, is a nucleator. if you have 100% pure water, snomax acts as a dirt molecule (or some other form of nuclues) for water to form on. you dont technically need snomax if your water source has a natural nucleator but it for sure helps. it does increase heat in the plume i believe though so in turn you can end up blowing a better product when compared without it. snomax and drift are both used. drift has nothing to do with nucleuation but it still helps gun output/quality skifreak is dead on though, so i dont see the need to argue over it. fan guns are terrible in marginal temps - even with snomax. abay opens in 9 days
  13. i see boulder is treating you well
  14. fresh as shit indeed. at least it was free.... this year man. im so stoked. got some fresh ass gear. got some decent style now, and i finally got some sick ass boots that fit. gonna be a good one.
  15. yea dude, got those pencil 6's down right!
  16. summer revenue = larger winter budget. thats probably what they need. more money so they can expand the ski area - its possible they keep running out of money in the new trail construction, thats just horrible budgeting though. something obviously had to change. why would you guys want it to be some shitty waterpark or something? im happy theyre trying to keep things focused around the mountain even though its summer related. the only thing places like CB have kept oriented with the mountain is the slope of the water slides.
  17. good thing i pretty much slayyyyyeed everything that trip. worth while for sure. lots of progression going on. only thing i learned that trip was how to skim a pond. never did it before. huge ass boots and a broken heel ftw. definitely a sick trip though. thanks trev. hair was so legit.
  18. seems like they know whats up. none of this camelback nonsense.
  19. guess they somehow got the red rail. whatever son
  20. its really just a transplanted PASR gathering with two visitors haha.
  21. i havent watched that one, or the other one cause QT is shit at school. we were there the day before though. and the day before that. i dont know what was setup in that edit but we had a red flat rail that we took down when we left. so if they didnt bring anything else up, its probably really shitty. not sure how it got top rated then. whatev
  22. im good for any day of the week.
  23. ^the east wall yea. hiked it a bunch last year (bump "scenes from the beach" if you feel like seeing shitty pics). its really only moderately steep depending on where you go. not a whole lot of vert either. not really any huge cliffs or pillow lines. there are definitely some fun and crazy lines on that wall though. still doesnt compare to what WP has. Pali has some cool stuff. little steeper and a couple really crazy lines. still not a whole lot of vert though. i just like WP cause everything is pretty much lift accessed and i like mini-golf/pillows lines - even though i didnt hit much last year. only had park skis
  24. success rate = low ill show up if people come out. couch/floor space too.
  25. for you guys its just plane, food and 50% off lift tickets. i still need to buy my pass though. i like to get out of summit county every now and then. got some friends at loveland as well. theres no place in summit as gnarly as WP. maybe some out of bounds Abasin but still, some of that stuff is the same as the inbounds at WP.
